Waiting to get bigger. I've got my eye on a few 135k+ nations. Unfortunately, they're in a cowardly alliance so it's gonna be a while. <_<

Something like this. Except I'd settle for an Ex-Pacifican emperor who's just out of my range. I'd want an SDI first though. Just got nukes.

Because it's pointless. If I really want to $%&@ someone up in this world I can do a lot worse to them than using my nation to attack theirs, alone.

Even if I had a million tech and a trillion dollar warchest I would be a lot more likely to use it to coerce and achieve political ends than crudely smash my enemies.

This. It's much better to earn a alliance govt. spot and then politically maneuver so that you can actually destroy the alliance/people you hate rather than just being a minor inconvenience by roguing.

Yeah, I agree with the whole thing. But on my way out, I'd like to give some people that minor annoyance.

I have been saving up to go rogue for a couple of months. The people I'm hitting including Proximus, Pingu, Cortath, that Kevin guy from NSO and half of TIO. And possibly these silly Solitude folks but they are a bit small to bother with.

What a silly idea. Pingu would be the most boring war ever. Even if he remembered to log in during those 7 days.

I voted:

You still get a lot of enjoyment from the game itself

You don't want to hurt others

Other
Other (1): if I went rogue I'd lose access to the political side of the game, aka to the game itself, in exchange for CN's dull war system. Thanks but no.
Other (2): my WarChest is too big[sup]Spoiler[/sup] for me to go rogue.
I'd have to choose between options that I all dislike: 1) Wasting my WC into deletion - which would deny all the efforts I made to build it. 2) Surrendering - which I prefer to never do (big ego much). or 3) To remain a rogue for years and years and years on end, which would be terribly boring.
