[/quote] What UPN thinks it's worth doesn't matter when you can demonstrate and calculate exactly how much it's worth. If you beat a guy up on the street and take 100 bucks from his wallet, then his friends come back and you try to say there was only 10 dollars in that wallet, and offer to give that dollar back, you better believe you're going to get the crap kicked out of you for trying to be stupid about it. What you have here is an ally with a history of problems faced finally with that one big mistake that actually garnered consequence, and you also have the nagging thought in the back of your head that keeping the treaty around was bound to be a liability one day. Instead of sending out a brigade of 'posters' to interpret the facts in the most warped way possible to make UPN look good and feign outrage, accept that they messed up, see if you can help work to get them peace, then let them go. You should be ashamed for all of the talk of what is right etc, the truth is, people are avoiding war. UPN (anyone) that didn't do the diligence of checking a target are accountable for whatever the offended alliance demands. If the demands are not met, then the next step is taken, which is what happened here. For you to say this isn't the case or somehow in this case the next step is wrong, is at best. The only thing I am encouraging is accountability. What is it with people running around their moralist ground then immediately receding and take a "no its not my alliance this is just me" when they go too far and get called for it. You sir are accountable for your actions and it reflects on your alliance. Your alliance is here (hello Random) saying how this isn't right, so clearly the view is shared.
