We stood for Leftist unity, and to a lesser extent giving Comrade Craig a bigger e-peen to wave around. Over time we have adapted, and have replaced hardline Leftist ideas with a more pragmatic approach to the game and politics. Through years of hard diplomatic work, we have become possibly the most influential Leftist alliance in the history of Planet Bob. The decisions haven’t always been good, they haven’t always been easy, and they certainly haven’t always been well received. The Gulags are currently being expanded to accommodate the malcontents that have resulted from these decisions. The Karma war begins, and The International joins the fray alongside our brothers in LEO, only to be attacked by the evil Imperialists of NATO. Our allies bravely leapt to our side: Dark Fist, International Protection Agency, The German Empire, the Orange Defense Network, and the Libertarian Socialist Federation. Sadly, only two such alliances still grace this realm. LSF has been co-opted by the aforementioned foul imperialist swine; blinded by promises of cheap Chinese electronics, and hot dogs. That war was ages ago, NPO is soft and cuddly now, MK is the evil empire, etc. etc. So why do I bring it up? Simple. The war that is now spreading across the Cyberverse is an undoing of Karma. The ex-hegemony will become the Neo-neo-hegemony, and... well nobody really knows what’s going to happen, but anyone who thinks it’s going to be pretty is delusional. No regime in this game is ever merciful, no hegemon just. Power is made to be abused, and abused it shall be.
