MHA and IRON's treaty has been cancelled as a result of lack of communication. The relationship no longer exists that originally formed when this treaty was signed. It didn't quite go the way either one of us had hoped and as such, it is best to part paths here. In addition, IRON has a new Secretary of State. Please welcome Lorikz Kain as SoS.
