The Order Of The Paradox- 4 incredible econ, terrible FA, cheap shot on legion, and still shaking my head over bi-polar
Umbrella - 4 Best econ in the game, love them, hate them, they are an incredible group, it seems, however, that they are to big for their own good and any real fighting is no longer a possibility, i see many proxy wars in their future and them existing primarily at a t*t for lesser alliances like GOONS to suckle on. Shame really
New Pacific Order - 7 They saw the attack coming and no matter what you think the speed and decisiveness that they protected their core is impressive. They stopped a knockout blow in the first round that an all out umbrella blitz on their top tier would have been. Instead it turned into a long, drawn out war of attrition that NPO could fight for as long as they needed, particularly with there former mid tier nations extracting tech and cash from umbrella on a daily basis.
Global Alliance And Treaty Organization - 9 we fight, democracy cans screw up long term plans, but a deep pool of nations who have been to hell and back so many times they bought a time share is the real reason GATO is so incredible. Despite everything GATO comes back stronger and ready for whatever bob can think of to throw at it next
Viridian Entente - 4 I understand your FA direction, dropping friends over a gamble at greater political power, but a bs CB against NpO? I guess you get brownie points for having a CB at all, meh

Umbrella - 8. Cool people. A bright star in DH. Roq's a smart guy, and these guys are definitely an alliance that should be proud of how they play the game.

Yeah, I'm not some Invicta/TPF/Legion nation that's so far up their ass I can see Haflinger or anything, but I'm not gonna hate 'em just because they're on the other side either. Nor am I just gonna use this to suck up to whatever alliance I want a treaty with. Odd, aren't I? Anyways, back to NPO. Do I trust 'em? Hell no. Does that mean I disdain them as people? Mostly, no. Sure, there are a few trolls that just need to shut their mouths because they're being very narrow minded in their views to [i]purely[/i] the NPO side, but that's not exactly unique to them. But I do respect them for their accomplishments. I mean really, they ruled the roost for a while, so you gotta give credit where credit is due. Even now, they've got their loyal squad of alliances, that though they aren't exactly strong, but you gotta at least throw them a bone for [i]having[/i] slave alliances. They don't come at a dime a dozen y'know. And this war, they've played it smart and used their allies to their advantage. Immoral? Kinda. Smart? Hell yes. Although on the other hand, Brehon is a dumbass sometimes. So I suppose it all equates to something south of 5. Although I wouldn't mind it all if y'all got squished into dust. So yeah, this is a very complicated one, and I tend to be long-winded. What a stellar combination. (Oh, and I honestly lol'd at the "Bring It" response to the MK DoW)

Global Alliance And Treaty Organization - 4. My favorite in Synergy, but that's not saying much. Not bad people though, but they've done some facepalm worthy things.

Viridian Entente - 7. Before PB and this past war, I liked VE. Now, I still like VE. Odd, huh? Like it or not, they had a valid CB. Dajobo accepted the screenshots (dumb move when you know that there's a target on your head), and VE had every right to war them over it. 'sides, if they didn't do it for this, somebody else in PB might've gone in on a worse CB so take your victories where you can.

The Democratic Order- 5. Neutral Alliance gets neutral score.

New Polar Order - 3. Seriously guys? What the hell were you thinking? Oh well, stupid decisions have their price and you've paid it.
R&R- 10. *points at AA* Big surprise, huh?

Mushroom Kingdom- 2. I'll be honest here. The smug-fest, not a fan. Although MK rule>NPO rule any day. Are you cocky? Yes. Is it at least partially earned? Admittedly, yeah. Not a great military alliance, but its not meant to be, and serves its roll well absorbing damage and being a general annoyance (despite not being a huge threat, it still can't be ignored during wars, forcing resources that could be used elsewhere to be deployed on it). Still, a fairly boring alliance that could be a bit more proactive in the world. Not much a personality that I can observe, but you don't seem prone to having other alliances provide one for you either.
Green Protection Agency: 6 - The world needs an alliance for people who just want to nation build, and you provide that, along with your own democratic nonsense that you are able to entertain yourself with.
Fark: 7 - Quiet, but respectable. One of the better organized alliances, and one of the smarter ones out there. You might not see eye to eye, or even face to face, with us, but I can still respect you. You have your own identity.
Independent Republic Of Orange Nations: 6 - Used to think less of you stemming from the treaty cancellation, but you've made smart moves and have been quiet. You've gotten yourself into a good political position, and I can respect that. You also seem to have your own identity.
Sparta: 2 - See MHA, but I don't find your people to be nearly as likable. Absolutely not identity either. You let your allies determine who you are and what you do. I'll give you two points as you have improved slightly your military, and you know how to build a formidable alliance.
World Task Force: 0 - Pointless alliance, merge into GPA.
Orange Defense Network: 3 - There was a time when I could say I had some respect for ODN, but you really have no personality of your own, always taking on the personality of whoever is your current master. Absolutely ridiculous and spineless.
The Order Of The Paradox: 9 - Can't say I really like you, but I can respect you. You're great opportunists and play the role of kingmaker well. Excellent organization in all areas, a strong identity, and you excel at long term planning. You've recovered from BiPolar well.
Umbrella: 7 - Like TOP, great organization. A formidable alliance. I haven't seen you demonstrate their planning skills though, nor have your own identity. I do see a lot of elitism, and I know you're by no means anyone's puppet. But as an outsider looking in it seems that you draw much of your culture from both MK and GOONS. Then again, I might not know what I'm talking about either.
New Pacific Order: 7 - Has proven itself a permanent fixture. Not going anywhere soon. For a mass recruiting alliance it is quite well organized, and has its own unique identity. My only complaint would be that a lot of the old drive seems to have evaporated with Karma, and you've taken a backseat roll. If you could recover some of that old initiative I'd rate you higher.
Global Alliance And Treaty Organization: 2 - Difficult alliance to work with, always changing dependent on who the Assembly Chairman is. Not willing to take risks or honor treaties during tough situations (unless it is a Synergy alliance, I am not sure Athens or other alliances can rely on you though). Poor organization in all areas.
Viridian Entente: 6 - No personality of its own. I've seen you go from faux-moralists to tough guys, depending on which allies are influencing the most. A fairly smart political alliance, and moderately organized.
The Democratic Order: Pointless alliance, merge into GPA.
New Polar Order: 9 - An alliance that actually does things. Moderate organization, and a unique culture. Unlike the NPO, Polaris has not let major military defeats force it into hiding and continues to stay active in the foreign arena. Has always been one of my favorite alliances.
FOK: 7 - Strong identify, excellent organization. Otherwise, quiet. Still an alliance I can respect.
R&R: 5 - Meh. My favorite Superfriend alliance. Not a strong personality, but it has usually been reasonable in its dealings with other alliances.
Mushroom Kingdom: 7 - Used to be one of my favorites, but recent events have soured my perception of them somewhat. Still an alliance I like a lot, however. Great organization, strong identity, and a major political player.
Nordreich: 8 - One of the best military alliances out there, and without a doubt a strong and unique identity. A smart political alliance, and one that isn't afraid to make things happen. I wouldn't be surprised to see NoR being the center of some future events. Although NSO has no real relationship with NoR, it is still without a doubt one of my favorite alliances out there.
LoSS: 5 -I really have nothing to say about you. I guess I can respect you sticking by DT though.
Nusantara Elite Warriors: 5 - Great military organization, but the Dark Fist thing was stupid, even by NSO standards.
The Legion: 0 - You really should have disbanded in 2007. The NPO Viceroy was the death of any little respectability you had left. Your cowardice and refusal to fight anyone but GOONS messed up badly the Doomhouse front, resulting in the "pile on GOONS" strategy. Unfortunately we needed those big nations of yours to support offensives elsewhere. Had you even the slightest courage to use those big nations you'd be more relevant militarily. But I won't continue on about Legion. I do not have all day to talk about how terrible you are.
Valhalla: 6 - Not a bad alliance, has a personality and is fairly well organized. I don't know enough about you to say more though, but I'll give you one extra point due to the fact I like a few of your members quite a bit.
Multicolored Cross-X Alliance: 5 - Nothing to say about you. An amazingly uninteresting alliance.
Nueva Vida: 6 - One of my favorite alliances.
The Foreign Division: 6 - Not much to say about you aside from you having some pretty competent leadership.
Federation Of Armed Nations: 6 - I don't know much about you these days, but I like some of you quite a bit. Good organization too, and a solid identity.
NATO: 5 - Not the greatest alliance, but the rebuilding aid you've given us, despite our falling out, has not gone unappreciated. That alone, despite other things, speaks volumes about the kind of people that make up NATO.
Global Order of Darkness: 6 - I haven't seen a single thing done by you that I agree with. Quite frankly I find everything about your alliance to be detestable. But you do things and you're a lot interesting than most other alliances. In other words, I hate you but I have to grudgingly respect you.

Fellowship Of Elite Allied Republics - 5 - Have made questionable moves in the past, but seem to be headed in a good direction.
Global Democratic Alliance - Have no idea who they are.
Argent - 8 - Few people left in this game have beliefs and put their money where their mouth is. Argent is one of them, and you couldn't ask for a better friend.
Guru Order - 5 - Know nothing about them other than FOK likes them.
Christian Coalition Of Countries - 2 - Bad theme, bad fighters, bad alliance.
Ragnarok - 1 - Oh lord, how the mighty have fallen.
The Phoenix Federation - 5 - Actually gained respect for them since WWE, and even though they don't do smart things and have bad allies, at least they're loyal to those allies.

I can't be bothered to rate them all, but IRON, Valhalla, TPF, TOP, NPO, RIA, RoK and Fark are all alliances I would probably give a pretty high score to and consider better than most of the alliances you've listed there, despite past or current disagreements I've had with the policies of some. Although there are other decent alliances on there, but those are the names that stick out more.
