In keeping with my retired state of life and position as a NATO ghost, I'm only going to list the ones I rate on the positive side.

MHA - 7 - Can't argue with their success
FARK - 9 - Greenlighter, will always have my heart
WTF - 9 - My brief time with them was wonderful and they don't get involved
RoK - 8 - Strong and sensible
GOD - 8 - Xiphosis. The world wouldn't be the same without him.
TFD - 9 - Best friends, cuddle mates
NATO - 7 - Very tight knit and long history, will weather any storm (sorry, not going away), but could use a shot of adrenaline
Umbrella - 8 - Have to respect them. It is required by all NATOans.
NPO - 7 - Still going, still fighting

Everyone else I'm kind of neutral towards, with no strong feelings either way, except of course the old timey grudges...

Mostly Harmless Alliance - 4 :Good theme, no strong opinion, apart from their stance during Karma
Green Protection Agency – 7 :Consistent, I believe that a neutral alliance is needed in Bob
Fark – 6 :Resilient
Independent Republic Of Orange Nations – 7 :I wish things were better between us.
Sparta – 4 : Meh…I was strongly negative after Karma, they start to mature (I think)
World Task Force – 4 : Meh…I have no idea about their FA path
Orange Defense Network – 2: Their recent behaviour indicates that they have much misplaced and baseless bravado. I was expecting more as I was holding a relatively good opinion on them
The Order Of The Paradox – 7: Component in nation building, logical individuals but collectively they seem sometimes to be delusional and obsessed. My opinion is that they are inadequate in the FAs department, but future will tell.
Umbrella – 7: Component in nation building, their arrogance is sometimes misplaced. They seem capable to take the mantle from MK.
New Pacific Order – 8: Still the core of CN politics, we are evolving and we have a better future ahead of us, so I am keeping my 10 .
Global Alliance And Treaty Organization -5: I have a soft spot for them but they are becoming an irrelevant alliance, unfortunately.
Viridian Entente – 3: Some baseless bravado and some terrible posters, future will tell about their actual potential.
The Democratic Order – X No Idea
New Polar Order -6: I still have some love for Polaris, but in reality I think that our paths will not be the same in the future.
FOK – 6: Semi relevant and some good posts.
R&R – 6: No strong opinion, but they seem good people
Mushroom Kingdom – 6: Component, but I feel they are in their decadence era
Nordreich – 3: RL and IC dislike, but sometimes they seem like a decent alliance

Okay my personal opinion, i do rate allies seperately, no use in pretending that an ally who has had your backs for years is equal to one you signed with yesterday. 5 is neutral opinion.


Mostly Harmless Alliance - 9 (We really hit it off from the start and i feel like your membership and culture is probably closest to our own. -1 because we haven't had the opportunity to fight side by side yet and ).
Green Protection Agency - 3 (first neutral alliance but still neutral)
Fark - 10 (little to say about fark, awesome alliance, awesome gov, awesome members and generally an alliance i completely trust to be there if we need them. On top of that skilled fighters).
Independent Republic Of Orange Nations - 7 (It's been ages since we where on the same side of a war, strongest point in our relationship has been member interaction which lately has turned down a notch, not blaming you for it but we gotta get it fixed).
Sparta - 8 (Love the alliance, but like MHA we haven't fought together yet, i hope to change that in the future. Haven't had contact for too long yet but so far me likes )
World Task Force - 5 (again neutral and not even the first... bonus points for some of your members, the fact i'm intruiged and the fact that someone who's only real tie is to Fark can simply not be bad.
Orange Defense Network - 6 (opinion shot up recently, looking forward to our Q&A that starts today).
The Order Of The Paradox - 5 (like the alliance but somehow i never got to love it, minus points for actions during the failwar and because i have doubts about your loyalty when it isnt in your best interest to act).
Umbrella - 7.5 (Really like you, you can read it in our embassy over at your forum if you wanna know the why).
New Pacific Order - 7 (Like many of your members, and even though many of your actions have been questionable i'm throwing a bunch of bonuspoints for being a game changer).
Global Alliance And Treaty Organization - 4 (Oldest alliance out there, once proud and strong, now just kinda there).
Viridian Entente - 7 (like you guys, points decrease because we never got solid contact going between our alliances and because you forgot to put a leash on penkala).
The Democratic Order - 1 (why?)
New Polar Order - 4 (like the people and alliance, negative points for: Thinking to speak for the world during bi-polar, most of your allies, your tolerance for little !@#$ alliances that have to big a mouth while hiding behind you).
FOK - 9 (fought many wars together, but leaving LEO costs you a point).
R&R - 10 (well if it wasn't i would join another 10 now wouldn't i).
Mushroom Kingdom - 4 (The whole, we're better then everyone else attitude is just boring these days, more so because of the fact i think you are the best out there anymore).
Nordreich - 1 (never cared for you, your petty differences with TGE probably cemented my opinion for ever).

Nusantara Elite Warriors - 2 (opinion bombed because of the NEW war, learn to accept/admit you made a mistake so people can move on).

To detractors and to people confused about our taste for neutrality and for peace: we're just simple people which offer a welcoming home to all that want to quietly live their lives in peace. Don't despise what you don't know or understand, but rather ask us about its meaning: we'll be happy to answer.
Moreover, we would never try to teach/impose anything to foreign parties either and we wouldn't conflict with them (unless it was for our own defence of course), which is something that everybody should IMHO really appreciate.

The GPA isn't isolationist but she definitely has the ability to respect everybody for what they are, and she protects people that would otherwise probably just disappear from this realm. I think that the role she plays isn't worthless [i]at all[/i].

NATO: 3, still find the whole "you attack our ally is bad, but it's ok if we hit yours" act they pulled with Sparta/MHA funny
Global Order of Darkness: 1, Xiph might be a good ally to whoever he is allied to, but everyone else just wants him rolled to shut him up. gotta say it's low to brag about making an alliance disband before

Commonwealth Of Sovereign Nations: 1+5 = 6? only reason they get a +5 is that in the DT rep issue they were able to make people on both sides of the treaty web (ally + enemy) both say they were acting retarded as hell. only time in my CN history i think i've seen people unite like that (Thriller came close but still lacked impact of that issue)
Athens: 3, still cant get over the KofN! issue, but then again, if your ally was mass raided i bet you wouldnt either

The Phoenix Federation: 5, SE wise seems their FA team has problems keeping up with consulates in the past that i've seen but i did have the pleasure to play with a few of them in TE and was probly the most fun i've had there
Random Insanity Alliance: 10, they were the only SF alliance that actually stood up for Rok, seems that GOD/CSN seemed content with just letting them burn and when Rok left SF, that reasoning seemed like it had a bit more truth to it
