Ram for Gremlins, Grub for NpO) he seriously earnt that right!!!! Oh well ill have to get into Taut's ear now about dedicating our next war to Hoo instead. o/ a new evil rein of terror!!!!!!! However, I have somethink to say. People like Van Hoo, Archon, Xiphosis, Londo, Tulak, Moldavi should never step down. Even if they can't be active these guys have created a name and became a symbol. Even if they decide to not show up, just knowing that they are there it is inspiring for the membership and creates also an excitment for the general public. Like a chief of state and chief of government. The king is the symbol, the prime minister is the one tha does the work... just my 2 cents.
