They activate the Mutual Defense part of their treaty with the New Pacific Order which was triggered by The Templar Knights, United Purple Nations and a bunch of others declaring on New Pacific Order, which activated the aforementioned treaty. ODN kept their commitment by not hitting The Templar Knights, and I'm certain they'll still be looking out for them. So guys, we all knew that ODN weren't going to turn down Pacifica. Right... guys?

Where was this concern for STA's interests when UPN's blocmates were piling on TPF via oA chains in the Disorder War, setting up STA to be heavily countered? I suppose that purely comes down to treaty chains as well, albeit with a couple of treaty chains in-between. But it makes ODN's activation of a MDP look a much more direct chain.

So you've started posting on the OWF again. Maybe you'd like to come out of retirement? We're all sick of Tsayka.

So you mean I can lump NATO in with R&R?

This is a dumb question. We might as well have a Dual-Membership Treaty at this point. :P

The International hereby issues our customary statement of support to our Orange comrades.

Our side is good!  Their side is bad!  Go team!

Indeed. Blah blah blah bandwagon blah blah blah CB blah blah blah.

Best of luck, ODN. Not that you'll need it.

He compared this situation, in which ODN countered us in defence of NPO, who attacked our ally without a CB. To one where CCC attacked NPO 2months into the war, due to them needing more coverage. I am merely saying they are not the same.

You're describing exactly the same thing, you are just altering the qualifiers from "attacking without a CB" to "due to them needing more coverage" in order to make it sound better.

It's an aggressive war where alliance A oA's into alliance B because of a war that started by alliance C attacking alliance D. Same story, same excuses, different faces switching in and out of each letter. It happens year after year after year.

Wes, you are being ridiculous. Hitting an MD ally of an OD ally might not be absolutely ideal, but it isn't immoral. CCC did the exact same thing to NATO last war. You're better than this, so please stop it.

Technically hitting a MD ally of an OD ally and hitting a MD ally of a MD ally.

IRON remains neutral. Perpetually. You just infra-rape each other, we'll rot in our exponential growth to no apparent end, until our overlords detect a weakness, where upon we shall sink our bored-to-inactivity masses of stubbed teeth, perhaps a month from now. Then the coalition of our various enemies viciously tear us apart while 2/3 of our bored-to-tears absent alliance has gone into once-a-week mode by the time we enter the fray at 1/6 effective strength.

This counts as one strike, right?

Or you won't do anything until you have overwhelming odds and sufficient meat shields to take the brunt of the damage.
