[/quote] If I remember correctly destro was ~100k NS, 8k tech, and 2 billion warchest. Or something like that at least. I should have him beat on all three counts within 6 months. Destro rogued you guys though, my point was that I'd start my Grand Holy Crusade TM against Legion and see if your treaty was worth anything and UPN would be able to provide actual meaningful assistance against even one nation.
