1. Yeah yeah they all come back. Anyone want to tell me what happened in the last year or so and save me the trouble of trying to come through the Wiki
 2. Yo man, hate to like contradict stereotypes and such but myself and my boys in the 60-70k range in Deinos ran a train on a bunch of your guys for several weeks and I still had over 1 billion dollars left by the end and almost 4 million casualties.
 3. Shut up pledge. Nobody asked for your opinion
 4. Time to haze some Pacificans. Bend over you dick-shitting botched abortions
 5.
UPN? Is that still an alliance? -Craig
Is that a question? Also, I'll succinctly sum up my thoughts on this situation by saying $%&@ that noise, watching people's mouths water over the prospect of finally getting to roll the people they want because the resident ignorant island natives in loin cloths couldn't keep their dick in their pants and blew a load all over NSO's face is really quite entertaining, and $%&@ burning for those retards. I'll sleep soundly knowing that the powers that be will pull the classic CN move and back-room smother the !@#$ out of this fire. #ThatsThat!@#$IDon'tLike #!@#$%!@#$%*esJustAttackUsAlready #MissedYouLosers #NotActuallyThough #WhereHaveAllTheOWF!@#$%sGone #SteppingUp
 6. Well for someone horribly out of touch this is surprisingly. This is arguably the most game defining treaty of the last 3 years given how it shaped the battlefield of Karma and its political aftermath, how it resulted in Bi-Polar, and its subsequent initiative of the Grudge War. I'm going to take a stab in the dark and think back to the political scene I knew months ago and I'm going to assume this is the final line drawn between a Duckroll/NPO vs DH showdown. Should be fun. SF and XX will inevitably piggy back on DR/NPO's side just for the chance to hit DH. Even if DH is somehow defeated I can only hope that DR and NPO will roll SF/XX after all is said and done for good measure. What a shame to see this treaty die
 7.
The purpose of this announcement was to get you to roll over to get off of yourself. Ave Sparta! Ave Legio!
I'd make some quip about how I was actually leading this alliance and fought the !@#$stain known as Sparta before you even made your nation, but the fact that I used to take this place seriously is rather embarrassing. Don't worry, I'll quietly go back to checking the forums monthly and logging in solely to collect every 20 days, I've got a life to live. Have fun with all your e-paper boys
 8. At least this makes it easier for you both to be violently sodomized next war. Sucks to suck
 9. This is very cool. Interesting to see you choose Non Grata over returning to TOP, though I suppose that makes some sense given FOK's merger into NG. Welcome back. Will you be restarting your various old game mechanics tools and calculators?
 10.
I remember when MK took gargantuan reps from TOP. I remember when bros spied on the alliances he ran websites for. I remember the ghostbust of Kait and Hoo. I remember when they trolled Assarax. I remember the support of alliance-level tech raids. I remember the use of the same CB that started the Karma War. I remember when they accepted someone on a ZI list so that they could start a war. I remember when they declared on Pacifica without reason. I remember when they trolled a good friend of mine into deletion. I remember the support of OOC attacks. I remember the wars declared for no reason. I remember the enormous reps levied on alliances that were merely defending themselves. I remember the undying support of the recklessness of their allies. I remember when MK promised to create a brave new world, then turned around and became worse than NPO. In what way is this world better than the one Pacifica ruled?
Good examples, but I think if anything though they are a testament to a job well done. At least in my opinion it is the responsibility of those with power to act with it and cause wars and drama around here. Would you really prefer a benevolent hegemon, enforcing peace throughout the land, completely reasonable and fair, never prosecuting a grudge or political agenda. A true Pax Pacifica where we all grew our nations in peace and sang kumbaya? Of course not, you need someone to play the villain. Side note though, whatever happened to Assarax? Haven't heard that name in years, such a nice chap.
 11. I advocated for this to get cancelled back in February 2010. Y'all are about two and a half years behind the ball.
 12.
If my memory serves right, it was also Crymson who pointed out later on that CnG would enter against our side if we had gone by the treaty chain, where IRON's treaty would activate to hit FARK and things would unravel from there. War between the two sides was gonna happen as the heat was building up for quite sometime, TOP was in the crosshairs since Karma, esp by SF sphere. Who started it or not is I feel a useless argument, I feel that war was gonna happen one way or the another. Both sides duked it out and took it out of there systems, but in the manner the war occurred, NpO turned out to be the biggest losers in long-term.
Oh definitely, I agree completely. I'm just contesting assertions that MK is responsible for initiating Bi-Polar, which I think it inaccurate. In any case, it was a long time ago
 13.
The sad state of comedy...
Banksys jaded !@#$%baggery is a light in the wilderness to people everywhere. Though his best posting was definitely 2009-2010 era
 14.
Why do you cancel on "great allies"? I hate how fake CN is, sometimes.

It constitutes as fake because you all are sitting here praising VE, while you just ended all relations with them. You've ended a friendship with a "great ally" simply because of who the two of you are friends with. Call me crazy, but if someone is a great ally I will keep them around. Nice shot on my alliance though, as entirely unrelated to the topic that it is. You are either very bad at this, or very unoriginal. We'll go on with VE not knowing about us. I can honestly tell you, we're not worried in the slightest. You must have quite an ego to think that would affect someone. Anyway, we'll never experience a relationship as enduring as this treaty you just canceled? That's pretty funny, and a pretty bold statement to make all things considered.
Perhaps this is why you people keep losing. Political realities and friendships are completely different realms and need not be mixed. Signing a treaty with an alliance on the complete opposite side of the treaty web, or maintaining one, is stupid politics. You can like an alliance and be friendly without signing a treaty, and if your interests should align you can choose to work with them or assist them based on your own sovereign right as an entity. Treaties in this place have turned into best friends forever pacts like we're a bunch of bloody school children. The proliferation of treaty signing which has spread faster than a venereal disease in a whorehouse is the reason for stagnation on planet bob. These treaties which have no basis in political reality choke make it impossible for alliances to take any type of action and choke the life out of this place. Alliances should have lots of friends, and few treaties. Treaties are political tools, a great example of treaties used right was the TOP-VE treaty when both alliances had a common interest and thought it would be politically expedient to join together. In the end, those interests diverged and tensions about this very treaty precipitated the cancellation of the TOP-VE treaty when it had outlived its usefulness. If you're political interests line up with that of a friend, by all means, sign a treaty. But treatying someone merely for friendships sake is idiocy.
 15.
He didn't address it very well. It sounds like they got played bad, obviously not the full amount as I doubt MK had the ability to get NpO to attack that alliance to inspire TOP and duckroll to attack CnG.
The point was that MK didn't initiate the conflict. Polar initiated the war with \m/ and TOP and the rest of TIFDTT initiated the conflict with C&G. Yes, MK knew that TIFDTT was going to attack them thanks to STA and NpO, Pezstar in particular comes to mind. And with that knowledge MK maneuvered to have the NpO-\m/ front brought to a close in order to entrap TOP in a losing conflict, they did it quite cleverly. However, if NpO-\m/ had been brought to an end before TIFDTT had declared then the war with C&G wouldn't have occured, MK wouldn't have responded to TOP with a "welp, they didn't attack us, lets go declare on them". Hence, it is silly to assert that MK initiated that war. Bad memories, I recall being in the same channels with Crymson and others watching as Polar gov left IRC and we all realized we'd just been had.
 16.
the difference between us is I consider TOP to be a member of the ruling clique and they have been since Bipolar, if you can't beat em, join em, so to speak, VE same story, this war they proved where their loyalties really are and I wouldn't be surprised to see the GOD/VE treaty canceled within the next month, I've never been one to whine about damage I took in an offensive war, if DH took soooo much damage, maybe they shouldn't have declared a war of choice. edit: Alliance Affiliation: Deinos keep telling yourself you're not part of the ruling clique.
Yes, Deinos is clearly on top of the world. I think the important differentiation one should make is between DH and alliances who are perceived as being politically relevant/secure. Yes, TOP and VE are both politically powerful and capable alliances in secure standing, and at points have both been one of the primary actors in powerful blocs (PB, and PF). They aren't DH cronies, they march to the beat of their own drum and it is foolish to criticize MK/DH for their actions. That is simply the point I was trying to make.
Funny, I remember Archon coming along and asking what it would take to get us to peace out Polaris before Top attacked. By my count that would be 2 directly started by a DH member.
I think Crymson addressed this as well if not better than I would have
I recall us and Duckroll hitting CnG, not the other way around. Had Polar agreed to peace behind the scenes only to see us independently choose not to go ahead with the attack, that particular war would not have occurred.

Next they will be denying they wanted to pull DR into a destructive war while they put their feet up just to have DR take a lot of damage.
A part of me is actually hoping this is true. As much as I would dislike to see two groups I like tear each other to pieces, a DR/NPO v. DH match up would be probably the most interesting thing to happen around here in years. The political maneuvering and the actions of swing alliances such as TOP and TLR would be delightfully entertaining.
 17.
I actually thought that this was going to turn out to be a treaty.
Oh god please no. I can only hope AI would never sink so low
 18.
I fixed that for you, you probably shouldn't whine about taking damage from the multiple offensive wars your clique has started.
Bi-Polar - Started by...Polar PB-NpO - Started by...VE. You could argue that DH started the DH-NPO front but really those alliances were going to all be engaged at some point through treaty chains already, DH simply expedited the process and the pre-empt was precipitated by the ongoing war started by PB/VE. TOP/IRON-NpO - Started by...TOP/IRON Dave War - Started by...MK Four major wars since Karma, I count 1 directly started by a DH member. The funny thing is, I'm not even part of the "ruling clique" of "sUpEr CoOl KiDs", and have friends on both sides of the aisle so to speak. I like AI as much as I like MK, I've known and worked with many AI members since the very beginning of my existence here. But the arguments and flawed points you "prophets" throw around are so glaringly stretched or just factually incorrect that I somehow can't seem to go more than a day without having to lecture one of you
 19.
I wouldn't misconstrue one for the absence of the other. For the very instance you indicate does exist and is well circulated.
Everything that I have seen and heard about this particular scenario suggests it is along the lines of what I referenced. WC isn't exactly enamored of NPO because he isn't Brehon's biggest fan, Alterego isn't peachy keen on MK due to BAPS back in the day, and there are several other examples in each alliance and that is being misconstrued as alliance policy by those who want to fan the fire since it is in their interest that such a conflict occur. Meh, who knows
 20. Watching people construe individual opinions as alliance policy is always entertaining. Every alliance has people who dislike another alliance, usually related to longstanding grudges unconnected to their current home. Just because X member of Y alliance hates B alliance because B alliance rolled C alliance 2 years ago and has posted about it does not all of a sudden mean that Y alliance is plotting the downfall of B alliance. Hell, even if X member is in government it often doesn't matter unless they are the highest authority in the alliance or have a majority of the government with the same view/grudge. FFS stop grasping at straws people, y'all look moronic
 21. A damn shame. I didn't even realize that clockwork, kage, and calzone had already passed on. You were always the good guys, giants among men. Rest in peace
 22. Well that is a shame, RIP. He's in a better place now
