If Vox Populi will fade into obscurity, all of us are guilty.
On this day in the year 2008, the bold first steps of a new August Revolution were first taken, its tenets and ideals to be forever ensconced in the scholars' histories and the storytellers' epics. On August 13th, 2008, the Vox Populi Resistance began as a kitschy power band of 11 , but within 48 hours was a movement of hundreds, a movement bigger than GOD. There were so many hectic things going on, so many secrets and operations, that it is easy to forget things. It is important to remember the big things, though. Remember, you Vox revolutionaries and agents, what ideals you fought for. Never forget that it was the war against Polaris, object of so much ire, which catalyzed our movement--remember that so that you remember to disregard personalities, and keep your judgment pure. Remember the joy that honoring your ideals brought, and what gray intolerable existence it saved you from. Remember what power results from a loss of fear--remember what feats we accomplished. Above all, never mistake the suspension of our charter for a suspension of your duties. Remember, you with power, what responsibility comes with it. Remember what constructs and philosophies created the Pax Pacifica, and the crimes that accompany any such period regardless of its label, so that you will avoid them. Remember with what ease the members of Pacifica's allies were turned against their government and Pacifica, and remember that it was the governments of the Continuum which made it easy work. Never forget what power came to those alliances who grew their will rather than fretting over nation strength, and how quickly nation strength fell to willpower. In the time since Vox Populi went its separate ways, countless rulers have told me of their desire to join, of their apprehension, and their regret that the time is gone. You who watched from afar, who cheered us on or found representation in our voice, never let your desire to do what is right--what sits right in your gut when your thoughts creep in over the noise of the world--never let that slip away. Sometimes, when you have a minute, go to the old Vox topics, and see who sneered at us, and then see where those men sit now, and don't forget them. Vox Populi was a movement of absolutes; there are things which are always right, and things which are always wrong, it has been a long time since Vox was there to stir your heart, but do not let the accumulation of years dampen your judgment. It is not with the few who wore our affiliation that Vox will live on, but with you rests the question of whether Vox Populi will fade into obscurity. Though we dwindle with the passing of days, our legacy springs eternal in the minds and hearts of the thousands of witnesses. Happy Vox Populi Day. We are both on the Red Sphere because the founding Justitians were all Red because we had just finished being in Vox Populi and stealing NPO's Senate for fun. Vox Populi did not seek to remove NPO from power because they were NPO, we removed them from power because of their actions. The test of Vox Populi's ideals was always their practice, and in cooperating with my Red neighbor NPO despite my personal disdain for their history I put into practice my Vox and Justitian ideals. We share the Senate and sometimes trade together, end of story.

Natan
Everyone continues to not care. We get it, three years ago you guys did something. Stop talking about and inflating your egos over it at every single moment. How the same people can talk for hours and hours and create walls and walls of text about vox and tell people to stop mentioning politics of old is mind boggling to me. Give it up already.
