I always hated MK as an alliance, but on a person to person level they're pretty cool. So I'm trying to figure out whether to love this treaty or hate it. These clauses are dumb, I agree, but not because they're some sort of imagined "loophole," but because they state facts that don't need to be stated. But I doubt it, given your political acumen. That being said, this treaty is pleasing now and I can only wait to upgrade it to further incite despair in our detractors.
