[img]http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/3264/milkg.gif[/img] This is skim (fat free) organic milk from Whole Foods in Raleigh, NC. I enjoy a glass of it every morning with breakfast. I find that it provides me with adequate calcium and I enjoy it. On occasion I will drink non-organic skim milk from the regular grocery store, whichever one my wife chooses to go to at the time. It is a healthy alternative to most other beverages, including soda and beer.
