Roadie
OP was incomplete. Forgot to mention what an excellent source of protein milk is. Props to the OP for drinking a glass every morning.
thedestro
Skim milk isn't that bad, you just have to adjust. Go from 2% to 1% to skim. It's all in the taste, if you can stand a couple of weeks of semi-bad taste, you'll be eating healthier effortlessly.
Lucas Perry
2% all the way. I do like the milk review. I have a glass every morning I wake up.

WcaesarD
Not really much of a review, to be honest. More of a couple of statements. That said, I love milk. I drink 1%, simply because when I drink nearly a gallon a day, it gets expensive, and the 1% is the cheapest. Also, for all those saying chocolate milk, I must enlighten you to the glory that is the official state drink of Rhode Island, Coffee Milk. Johnny Apocalypse
Skimmed has no flavour, there's nothing like a thick rich full fat glass of milk in the morning, but I drink semi-skimmed milk as it's a bit healthier and you have some flavour, you have to have a compromise. Madtrixr
God, I love milk so much. I used to drink 2% all of the time, but due to certain people, I now have to settle for fat free, and this makes me sad. At least Chocolate milk is still good.
