Normally I'd say that based on the "right" of smaller alliances to exist, etc. etc. In this particular case, I admit it's far more selfish. Considering Winner12345's "tough guy" attitude now, I REALLY want to see what would happen if he was of a size and had enough nations in his alliance to have the ability to actually create some larger drama. Does that mean you won't announce on the OWF that you're protected by an AA when you're actually not? Maybe Hooligan's just need to offer IAFG protection.
