This is text book definition of trying to hard.

The answer is obvious, considering ties TIO has namely with NpO. When we compute that and read lebubu's "very clever" snip at TIO with "fellatio" and Orders, it becomes clear that I did not first bring NpO into this thread, nor did I respond without any good reason.

I dont know who you are, and why you have this impression of me, but the context of my response to lebubu is so plainly obvious, that it only could be that you either are just really trying hard to argue with me although having nothing over which you could, or you have a lack of understanding the treaty web, although, even if you were unfamiliar with it which is understandable the implication of lebubu's and other posters post should paint a clear picture.

And hence, while I will not drew you a diagram, I think you must understand now without it (or you did already). As such, am done wasting my time on you.

I didn't confuse the orders, I don't even know where you got the idea that I did. I'm merely saying that I hope TIO told their allies because it's fact that some of TIO's allies aren't the hugest fans of the NPO. But apparently they did tell them so it's all good.
