FARK nor SF didn't make an announcement about it, so it's safe to say that they both don't want to go into great details about this move. Fark leaving SF means they're no longer indirectly tied to GOONS through GOD, as Superfriends is a MDAP bloc. So leaving the bloc does so they don't need to worry about possibly having to help GOONS in conflicts, although I don't know their reasons for canceling. Not really a sekret given how disseminated the information was to SF alliances and the leaks in-between. All other alliances are irrelevant so an OWF announcement wasn't made.
