That was one of the first things I mentioned in this war, is that NPL has the member advantage over us however tR has the resource advantage over NPL.

It has come to the attention of of The Resistance's Anti-Nuclear Proliferation and Terrorism Department that several rogue nations are attempting to build weapons of mass destruction. Intel sources tell us that these nations have formed an alliance for the sole purpose of nuclear related procurement efforts. It has been discovered through years of vigorous intel gathering that this pact, or alliance has secured a purchase of over 500 tons of a special yellow cake uranium from an unknown nation source. We can no longer stand by and watch this gross injustice continue to take place which threatens hundreds of millions of people across the planet each and every day. We shall do whatever it takes to stop these evil nations in their search for pain, death and destruction so that we can make sure that every citizen of the world can sleep easy at night. This is not a decision that we take lightly however considering the situation, we have no other option but to face this threat head on. The Resistance declares war on the perfect, yet funnily named alliance of nations who sought to procure nuclear weapons, the Nuclear Proliferation League. I wish to also speak about another serious matter at hand, the current war raging on in our planet. Now I only have a few issues about this war but the one that stands out to me the most is regarding how the SuperFriends bloc has treated its allies and its own treaty. I used to remember the days when the SuperFriends was considered a suicide pact, in that if one of their members is attacked, they would rush to their defense without any hesitation. This war has just shown a lot of light footing on part of the SuperFriends in terms of bloc mate defense. Right now all I see is all but 1 of their signatories in war (now) but even before this, when over half the bloc was attacked, the other half didn't act. It has been over a week of inaction from the SuperFriends so the whole excuse of they are taking some time to regroup and plan an attack is moot now. I also saw that the SuperFriends were using their allies outside of the bloc to take the hits for them, to limit the damage to themselves so to say. I find that pretty weak and expected a lot more from the SuperFriends. This war was going to happen and the way its playing out is kind of boring. This led me to an interesting hypothesis, one which I spent much time thinking about. I theorized that the SuperFriends in this war would not take any actions whatsoever until they were attacked individually. I spent some time wondering how I would test my hypothesis and even talked to a few SuperFriend members to see their thoughts. They of course called me out on it and so I finally came up with the answer to test it scientifically. There was no other way than to see what would happen if we attacked each SuperFriend. So in the culmination of my lab testing, The Resistance has decided to declare war on the Nuclear Proliferation League. You would know this by now since I wrote that 2 paragraphs ago but well there it is. You called me out, well here I am. What are you going to do now, SuperFriends? Will you prove my theory correct? If so, why does that bloc even exist? You guys would be better off with disbanding it since it obviously has no meaning anymore. I kind of agree with this. Especially with TE open, if you want war, go to TE and eat your hearts out with non-stop war action and tech raiding. Tech raiders might say "well tech raiding forces nations into alliances" but that is not true one bit. I conducted a mini-survey of why they dont join alliances of the active 200 unalligned nations in CN and of those that replied to me, many said that they dont want to join an alliance because they want to see how large they can get on their own and if they cant get large independently they'd rather not play. Constant tech raiding will keep them small and they will get discouraged and eventually quit. Sure few might join an alliance for protection in the end but I think that losing even 1 nation in our current climate is not worth the risk to do tech raiding.
