Alterego
Most hated act of recent times was the premeditated Polar betrayal of everyone on our side in the last war. Truly a sleazy moment in CN history.
LegendoftheSkies
Hm... The slow, painful decline of TOH (my first alliance) was pretty !@#$%* for me. A bunch of people resolving to keep dragging it along after it had so clearly become a sad pitiful shell of what it used to be made it even worse. Though campaigning hard to get TYR to vote in favor of joining Teen Titans only to realize shortly after we joined what a pathetic, useless pile of $%&@ it had become was pretty awful too. Especially when I realized how stupid I'd been not to see it before I got us in there. I was blinded by nostalgia I guess.

PhysicsJunky
A long time ago I'd have said, looking back, having been involved with the foundation of Citadel. Over time like all political sentiments that feeling dimmed. The memory I'll probably never get over is the feeling of being attacked by the governance of my own alliance and nobody particularly caring about it. My feelings are easily hurt

I was invited to join SWF (Socialist Workers Front, for all you that haven't been around for > 3 years) and instantly attacked by 3 nations and ZI'd. GWIII. Also, when I finally got to 28,000 miles of land, up to the second largest land nation, and then sold all of my land. I really, really regret that one.
I almost forgot about the time Master of 9 puppets raided me as soon as MK broke the protectorate. Adam Suttler
The total obliteration of the Worldwide Imperial Nations by the alliance formerly known as Atlantis. Being the leader of the alliance at the time (early 2007), it was a hard hit, especially since the alliance existed for little over 2 months. Alas, I can't hold a grudge anymore. The most valid memory is the unwarranted expulsion of Shurukian from The German Empire, after a small series of misunderstandings gave Vlad Dracula the leverage to forcefully abdicate the leader of the alliance. This issue was never resolved with what truly happened, and probably won't be. However, in loyalty to a friend that I've known for a very long time, it is certainly valid as something I wish never happened.
CRexx
Blitzing Genmay in GWIII. Horrible move all around. Our military was still dealing with GOONS raids and all it did was retard the peace progress. For honorable mention, sitting in the Aegis command channel in GWIII and getting queried by a senior Legion military commander. The Legion commander wanted to borrow officers from Fark, because the Legion lacked military commanders. At this time, the Legion was sanctioned, undefeated in war and supposedly this insane war machine that was going to win the war for Aegis. Most of Fark was less than 90 days old. I remember thinking "Well I'll go start drafting the instrument of surrender". Edited August 16, 2010 by CRex of Gulo Gulo
Chaoshawk
Rejoining CN and Wolfpack just before they got rolled in 2008. A close one would be Me attempting to join IRON (In December 2006 or January I don't remember) I was ignored and when I asked for help I did not receive any. AirMe
Botching the GW2 DoW. And not launching the nukes that would probably have won us GW2. I was so green behind the ears it wasn't even funny. Allowing BAPS and CMEA to get rolled and become Q puppets is probably my single most hated memory. But if we would have taken MK into war then.....we might have never had the victory we scored in Karma.
cookavich
I'd have to say the whole mess surrounding the Polar-Pacifica dispute. The worst would have to be getting all of my friends rolled on accident.
Yeah, thanks for that, even though we aren't friends. I joined Hyperion for the war, got flattened, ended up being put on some sort of list for spending 1 day in vox to vote for king zog. Having to reroll my all time favorite nation annoyed me greatly. Not nearly as much as realizing that had I stayed with Vox I could have had way more fun than rerolling. Doh!

We didn't go into the war saying ZOMG KILL TOP, and war with our initial "side" was never on the agenda until well after we pulled out of combat entirely, which was very shortly before we actually did the deed and issued a DoW. So no, there was no means premeditation and anyone who says any differently either has their facts incredibly wrong or is a goddamn liar. Kind of a dark and dismal time, for a year and a half to follow my interest in the game was pretty minimal, I just kind of maintained my nation in that time.
