Duckroll- Doesnt even have military commitments in its treaty

Fantastic Four- Nova declared war and agreed to peace in one post, but I will give them a pass since they disbanded

AZTEC-6 GLOF is awesome

Blood For Friends- N/R This is a bloc... I swear, we have forums and everything.

Citadel- 2 Argent is good people and UCN has always had good dealings with GRE though one of the alliances I do not like much at all.

The SuperFriends- 3 I hear good things about them but have mostly only seen the bad side of them.

Chestnut Accords- 3 Seems like the same thing keeping SF down goes with CA. A good amount of overlapping members

Common Defense Treaty- N/R Oh noes the purple bloc that everyone seems to forget has just as many white alliances.

Complaints & Grievances Union- 5 we miss our vanguard diplomat

Bastion (RoK, RIA, VE): 8 - Absolutely adore VE. RoK and RIA are cool too, although I haven't had too much contact with them yet.

Below (GOD, VE, OV): 8 - Absolutely adore VE (2). GOD and OV are very likeable as well. Xiph is nice.

Blood For Friends (FEAR, UCN, Wolfpack): N/A

Citadel (GRE, FCC, TOP, Argent, Umbrella): 6 - Love Umbrella, always liked TOP as well.. but -2 for giving us such low grades..

Chestnut Accords (CRAP, CSN, RIA, GOD, MA, The Brain, TOH, TTK): 7 - CSN, RIA, GOD are cool kids (especially CSN). Don't know the other signatories too well.. but Cyphon is decent.

Common Defense Treaty (FEAR, Invicta, UPN, Wolfpack, NATO, UCN, USN, Menotah): 3 - Some annoying signatories in there.

Complaints & Grievances Union (MK, FoB, Athens, =LOST=, GR, Vanguard): 7 - MK and Vanguard are lovely.

AZTEC - 1. They have GLOF who whine that they go unrecognised. Also, donuts turn into cement in your mouth when you drink beer.

I disagree, I think sometimes it's nice to go unnoticed, plus we're just NV puppets.

Oh why not. I've tried to keep up on the CN announcements for a while now so If I don't know you, you get a 4

Bastion (RoK, RIA, VE): 6 - I like these three alliances, VE was fairly annoying with their protectorate situation recently had to remove a point

Below (GOD, VE, OV): 5 - same thing on this one except I see less of the other two.

Blood For Friends (FEAR, UCN, Wolfpack): 2 - was going to give this a wash but since Boris seems to think this is good I'll have to take 2 or 3 points away.

Citadel (GRE, FCC, TOP, Argent, Umbrella): 4 - have to say the alliances I like in this block have been way to quiet, and TOP usualy does strange things that irritate me, TSO ect.
