When I joined March 14th 2006, I created the original LUEnited Nations Forums for GKC, then he and I were elected co-leaders. When I joined, the Citrus War had started mere weeks earlier. The ODNs punishment for spying on NPO? They had to sign an oath with NPO (which all new members had to agree to) which prohibited their purchase of nuclear weapons and anyone who wished to purchase nuclear weapons in ODN after this had to get their purchase approved by the NPO War Council first. Began socializing every couple months i.e. when he came on IRC in like September 07. Facts are gleaned during such conversations.
