Congrats, SCY o/

Maybe it's the same cockroach...
In other stories I know somebody who had a LIVING WASP in their drink and they SWALLOWED it!
A sting from that on the way down would really have complicated things.

Gross, man. I feel kinda bad for ya.

Favourite alliance war: Probably Karma War, even though TOOL lost. Heifong from Brigade was decent on the ground but his air force was horrendous So I consider my tenny little front a victory, since I was definitely the one doing more damage.
Least favourite: also WoTC, for OOC reasons. Also, it kinda sucked that the 5-alliance coalition blitz I was supposed to be leading was dashed by preemptive attacks.
Favourite war, period: if you look at my nation's war history page on the Wiki, none of those were more satisfying than attacking Analects for hitting CCC for the second time. I still don't trust jlepnica not to try it a third time, though.
Analects

"i heard u don't liek mudkips"
"for racisit talking"
There are a couple I had to report for being racist, too.

I'm pretty sure Invicta was a latin name too?
Indeed it was.

Some of these are hilarious
Also, sorry nippy, I had approval turned on. I have since turned it off.

The Ordinance of Order being canceled.
It's been done.
The Sovereignty Pact being canceled.
The Harmlins Accords being canceled.
MK merging into GDA.
Could see these.
wickedj having friends.But... but... I'm wickedj's friend.

For me, signs would be:
*me ever attacking a legit CCC member.
*lebubu joining TOOL
*Starfox joining Polaris
*King Penchuk joining TSO

buzzcut works for him, youll lose it all in 20 years anyway
Or in some cases, 5 years.
-
Buzzcut.
With my hairline receding more rapidly every year, it's only a matter of time before I start shaving the whole works off
-
Try squinting.
It worked
Anyway, this was pretty cool, Oti. Thanks for posting it My perceptual studies are limited to that of the sonic/aural nature, so it's kinda neat to listen to someone who knows something about the other kinds, y'know?
-
Ignore the naysayer
I LOLed.
-
Salmacis went back to CCC.
Not sure if that was during the "exodus" you described, though
-
You did forget one type, though, and that's the "role-player." There are a few of those in CN. People who can either use their imagination so well that they can create something entirely new and somewhat entertaining to read/look at, or someone who can take the details of the RL counterparts of their nation and integrate them into their CN nation's story in great depth.
That aside, I'd say I'm 90% social and 10% retired
Enjoyable read. o/

Tis true, we at MCXA, are just 240 mutlis done by one person.
Doing all those people on IRC at once is really hard though
That cracked me up XD

Its embarrassing and a mark against us, my personal apologies IRON. I'm glad its just one member we have doing a tech deal with GRE.
One member screwing up shouldn't be a black mark on the whole alliance, SCY. Well, unless it's an alliance of one.
-
I've heard of the vast majority of those alliances. The ones I haven't heard of at least in passing:
All for Yellow (9 members)
Darkstar (14 members)
The Order of New World Domination (11 members)
Fallen Knights (20 members)
League Of Imperial Nations (6 nations)
The Indigo Plateau (16 members)
To be fair though, there are more AAs with fewer than 20 members than there are grains of sand on the beach, or so it would seem. Some are actually decent folks (AOD Brigade, DAAN, Blood Brothers) while others are total wingnuts who don't know what they are doing, and others still are alliances-of-one. Some alliances of one are actually respected, believe it or not (PPF). Others (Pax) need to be rolled. Yes, I have a history with that one.
-
Ejay, you scare me sometimes.
-
Shilo has a point - raiders only care about entertainment for themselves and their alliance-mates, even if they end up spoiling someone else's in the process. So trying to change that could indeed prove difficult.
Trust me, I've tried to get TOOL to outright abolish the practice, and our already stringent tech-raiding policies have caused members to leave. (Which begs the question, since they're required to read and agree to our policies beforehand, why'd they bother joining? ) Most recently, we had a member leave after I threatened to kick him out for raiding an applicant and a protectorate, not to mention violating pretty much every other part of our policy.
That said, I do admire your principles, Seipher Caim. I've always been of the belief that war should never be for personal gain, as I find acting thus to be both selfish and hurtful. I enjoyed the read.

That was indeed funny. Keep 'em comin'.

I'm with Zog here. Although I will give you this. You make people think. Sometimes you annoy the hell outta me, sometimes you make me wanna throw a parade in the streets of Syktyvkar for you, but I don't think I've ever seen you make a legitimately bad post.
