I don't see that happening. I'm inclined to think that the two of them still see the old Hegemony + TOP and friends as a mutual threat even after the conclusion of this war, and won't risk undermining their chances in a war against that group. Polar and its allies are the wildcard, and I believe they'll align themselves with CnG. I don't know that the other side would want anything to do with them after all the crap they've pulled in this war anyway.
