You Don't Do It Alone![/i] and Article V of [i]Hydrating The Confederates since June 2010[/i], Hydra has given notice and the expiration time has passed for each of these treaties. We would like to wish Olympus and NAC well in their futures. Also I'm moving back to Minister of Foreign Affairs (if anybody even noticed that I changed).
