Our means of inflicting chaos are war. We plan on attacking members of the ODN, tech-raiding, and then going to a cover alliance if things don't go well.. The chance of getting off with this, with no repercussions is not that great, so I have arranged with some alliances this deal: If the attacks should fail, you will accept ex-Chaos Internal members into your alliance if they make a public apology for their actions. This would allow players to continue their nations even if we do not succeed. Of course, if we do succeed, then we will form an actually alliance, one that is not a shadow group.
