TheStig
Having been going for over 3 and a half years, CyberNations has seen a tremendous magnitude of people and occurrences that have changed the world. Which event however, in the entire history of the planet, has been the most significant? The one that has revolutionised this game for better or for worse? Discuss. toto
Back in January 06 Admin created a thread awarding people that posted links of CN to active forums. This is one of the most influential events ever as it brought players from a different game, NS. Edited June 13, 2009 by toto
Nintenderek
Back in January 06 Admin created a thread awarding people that posted links of CN to active forums. This is one of the most influential events ever as it brought players from a different game, NS. Back before that though, this guy named Kevin decided to make a game based on some childhood memories. He decided to call this game Cybernations and call himself in this game Admin. This is the most important event in CN history, as it lead to everything else. Arrnea
Well, aside from the obvious 'Creation', I'd have to say the outcome of the Great War, or possibly the foundationtransfer of the NPO. President Obama
Most controversial could be the war vs VE or the war against the GPA I would say.

toto
The addition of "Alliance affiliation" to the nations. Not really. Alliances used to just have *Your Alliance Here* in nation bios, the addition of AA was just tidying up an already existent practice. Great Lord Moth
Back before that though, this guy named Kevin decided to make a game based on some childhood memories. He decided to call this game Cybernations and call himself in this game Admin. This is the most important event in CN history, as it lead to everything else. This is why "It started everything!" should be banned from Robertian cognition as a valid point of significance. >_>
bbrownso
The first FARK greenlight. Because that was when I came to CN. And because of it's impact on the game I guess.
Asriel Belacqua
When Jefferson beat Adams. /thread. ROFL I feel that the most important event would either have to be the Great Wars (Yes, I'm considering them a series, not singular events), or the formation of the first alliances. DogeWilliam
I'm gonna go with the addition of navies. We all wanted it so bad, and now that we have it, it's kind of lame.

Gears of War
The first FARK greenlight. There would have been no FARK greenlight without the hilarious Norway/Nordreich incident.

TypoNinja
I would have to go with the singing of the WUT/creation of the initiative, Giving us the first MADP power block, it changed the MDP web from a monstrosity that prevented wars to something that could be leveraged in a war. When it was only MDP's the first to attack would be screwed the addition of power blocs and MADP's changed that.
Vyatich
When the 3,000,000 tiny communist alliances gave up on each other, got rid of a lot of nasty people. Now only LSF and SoL remain of those,

ChairmanHal
One incident? Wow. There were probably some things done with the game mechanics early on as the game developed that had the most impact long term, but when looking at the role-play side of the game (such as it is) I'm going to have to say The Unjust War/GW IV. World history pretty much divides into what came before and what happened as a result.
