My nation abandoned religion long ago, this isn't to say there aren't still isolated churches dotting the countryside however. While religion is frowned upon, we generally allow them to worship provided there aren't any negative or reactionary effects of their practice.

I'm pretty sure they occur randomly when you collect taxes; sometimes I get a bunch in a week, sometimes I won't get them for long periods of time.

Eh, I don't like it because I dropped from 21k NS to 14k NS, but its good that I'm less likely to be nuked into oblivion by some massive rogue nation that gets bored with the game.

I really like some of what I'm seeing here. Attacking trades would be great, but it shouldn't cut the trade between the two nations, just exclude those resource's benefits from two or three days worth taxes/bills, that way they can't just reactivate the trade and ppl won't complain about having to find new trades. The radar ship is a good idea too, I always thought some other kind of defense against the airforce would be nice.

I am really looking forward to this improvement, as it stands right now from the about_topics.asp#Spies page looks perfect to me. One thing I want to suggest is that you implement this as soon as you think its ready. Don't listen to everyone whining about the war and such, if anything this is the best time to throw it in there. Unpredictability is a fact of war, plus I really really want to try it out.
