If you didn't spy or accept information then wtf did you do randomly draw names out of a hat until you find a winner? Blackstone perhaps or have we forgotten about the other party. Anyone who was dumb enough to deal with those "guys" should have known full well that when they were done those who worked with them were going to get burned. the riddler Posted April 21, 2009 Report Share Posted April 21, 2009 Of the 56 21 are in peace mode, 73 wars were declared between NPO and TORNso you have 35 that can be declared on so that makes 105 total wars 73/105 x 100% = 69.5% And of those 32 remaining slots where is the disturbution? I dont really want to check but I will guess the bottom range My bad, I should have checked the facts first. Nevertheless, I have a feeling most of Pacifia's slots will be filled.
