Ok going through all my messages and adding up my total land gains from battles and my total losses from both battles and nukes I get this. Land Captured: 3491.25 Land Lost: 3150.77 Yet in the course of this war my nation screen tells me that I'm down a large chunk of land. What gives????

No, you panicked the moment when Moo agreed to admit defeat. You had sent a list of faux demands you never expected would be met, that one being the lynchpin. When he agreed to that one without a second thought its clear from reading the logs that the whole tenor of the talks changed. It went from Karma trying act like the level headed fighters for peace and freedom to a bunch of chickens running around with their heads cut off looking for any reason to cut off negations. When Moo’s internet carped out on him you suddenly had your reason. In the end you based your faux demands on more of a mythos created by NPO propaganda than reality. When Moo so quickly accepted the term you never believed he would never accept reality set in.

I'd say the in rule goes further than just admin acess. The rule boils down to using in game means to leverage real life property. Leveraging an alliance to give someone even simple membership status would also in my opinion be a violation of that rule.

Had OV accepted final offer of one round of wars for one guy there would have been no war.

In your OP you pass it off as minor communication problems When the truth of the matter is he wasn't there at all and OV had rejected the final offer. It seem pretty cut and dry to me.

Yes his internet connection sucks. You should hear him trying to use vent. But that doesn't answer the question of why we should have called off the attack after OV rejected what is easily the most fair offer in the history of this game simply because Moo pinged out before he could say goodbye.

Well if he pinged out there was no negotiation going on. From what I have read Moo's final offer, which was the most reasonable offer I have ever seen in my 3 years, had been turned down. I dont see how Moo is required to call off an attack after negations have broken down just because his internet connection died.

Quick question archon. Since Moo was experiencing technical difficulties and thus incommunicado at the time the attacks were launched, who exactly where you negotiating with?

Trusting blackstone perhaps? Wow suddenly Winsor has had enough and decides to quit and all those who were dumb enough to work with him get burned. Furthermore as set by the San Marco precedence all external alliance organizations are not considered alliances and therefore not covered by the universal prohibitions against spying. As San Marco said ... "Did I have any members who weren't spys." As every alliance in the game had infiltrated his organization.
