I'm speaking specifically to the channels you were able to raid thanks to Kassad giving you the passwords that occurred just a few weeks after coldfront had warned the CN comunity not to do it again. And the BSC raiding one of our channels just last week with Vox coming along for the ride. Which a coldfront admin again had to deal with of course. CN has a long history of not being able to recognize that IRC servers are owned and operated very OOC and what some may think is funny IC guerrilla warfare tactics Coldfront does not. Coldfront just sees a group of users violating their TOS. CN is pretty much on coldfront's !@#$list for the actions of our player base and I dont think its wise to ask them for anything. You refer to me as an NPO grunt but this has nothing to do with IC. It has to do with our comunties current OOC perception by the coldfront admins. A perception we have rightfully earned.

With the number of CN gadflies who have blatantly disregarded coldfronts rules and warnings, Vox, BSC I'm looking at you, I think it would be best for all of the CN community to keep our heads down and shuffle our feet when it comes to coldfront. We are not exactly on their friends list right now.

No its quite ordinary. Full GC are very hard to bust through for those without them. The reason it was not game breaking when the 10k range was high was because in those times everyone in that range had nukes and GCs along with all soldier modifiers were bugged. Back then soldier modifiers added soldiers not efficiency. But due to a bug when you lost soldiers by the modified amount that modified amount was subtracted from the base and not the modified. So casualties were multiplied many times over. This caused GWII to have some fun soldier numbers like -150,000. So no one in their right mind kept GCs.

What ever made you think we are humane. We eat babies and stomp on the throats of our enemies with out jackboots. If you are looking for humane you don't join a military dictatorship. If a nation is willing to jump ship because some guy in the 10k range is nuking them I dont want them as a Pacifican. The better our scout team plays the better Pacifica becomes. Oh that’s where you are wrong. You aren't looking at the whole picture. Between FAN, Vox and all the other gadflies we have built up quite a nice scout team to give our small nations a good look to get them ready for game time. Yep even when they think they are fighting against the order they are still being manipulated to serve our own ends. To them I say go ahead get pissed use all your military improvements. If a young Pacifican is going to quit over damage to his nation I would rather it happen now in peace time than in the middle of a world war. The last thing we need is for those kinds of members to be jumping ship the moment the !@#$ hits the fan. Vox servers our ends even if they know it or not. They are our personal instrument of Darwinism.

You are no more of a threat than GKC and Everton were two and a half years ago. You are our scout team nothing more. Our guys fight you and move on. Continue to think that you are hurting the NPO you are only helping us. Every low level rogue or ax to grind group aids the Order. Just as I was aided by the diabetus in my early days Vox aids our new members.

/pats his WRC and MP To the OP thanks for providing our young nations with much needed experience. The rogues I fought post GPW provided me with the most valuable experience I ever had in this game. Now rather than having to fight random rogues we have FAN, and Vox doing the full time scout team work for the NPO. FAN and Vox the Brooklyn Brawlers of CN.

Your environment can cap. The lowest possible environment is 1 + GRL no amount of environmental improvements will drop it below that. But you can delete a boarder wall and it should stay the same. Personally I would have told those stinking pot smoking hippies to go hell but thats just how my nation rolls.

Given your current income and full % income improvements a stock market increases your income 6.64% a SSS increases your income by 7.14%. Go with SSS.

The magic multiplier is 2.076 with all % income improvements. So for the 5% pop boost from a research lab you will need to have $415.19 individual daily income for it to be better than any of the +5 happiness $10.00 wonders, $332.15 individual daily income for it to be better than any of the +4 happiness wonders, and $249.11 daily income for it to be better than the +3s. So given a normal build it should come in somewhere the middle of the +5 splurge of stock market, great temple, great monument, internet.

I use to think that 6th aid slot from a DRA wasn't worth much. Then as a sitter I got into an all out nuke war.
