TKTB will retain TFOs MDoAP level treaties with CLAWS and Kashmir. KoRT is currently revoting on our treaty due to a text change. Our Government and Charter are below: The Killer Turtle Brigade Government The Turtle Overlord: James Maximus The Grand Turtle: NeforatuNinja TurtlesDefense: Mumzilla IA/Econ: BMTH Quote PREAMBLE Through the water and the waves, The Killer Turtle Brigade henceforth known as TKTB carry on. We have gathered together to protect our fellow Turtles and to promote the sovereignty and prosperity of our nations. Article I: The Shoreline Any nation in good standing and not in any wars may request membership into The Killer Turtle Brigade. A nation at war cannot join TKTB until peace is obtained. In order to apply, that nation must follow our application procedures and request a “Killer Turtle” mask on our discord server located at: https://discord.gg/ezqxvQ9ap3 Article II: An Underwater Empire A. The Turtle Overlord TKTB shall be run by an Emperor, known as The Turtle Overlord. The Turtle Overlord reserves the power to declare war, approve treaties, impose member sanctions and appoint all lower government members. The position of Turtle Overlord is lifelong or until they resign. All power not specifically distributed in this charter belongs to The Turtle Overlord. B. The Grand Turtle The Grand Turtle is the Second in command of The Killer Turtle Brigade. Should The Turtle Overlord be absent for a period of 3 days or need to take a break, The Grand Turtle will fill in as Acting Emperor until The Turtle Overlord returns. The Grand Turtle will also directly oversee the Ninja Turtles. C. The Ninja Turtles The Ninja Turtles shall assist The Turtle Overlord in running the alliance. Each Ninja Turtle shall serve as the heads of their respective division. The Ninja Turtles are allowed to have a Deputy to help them complete their tasks. All deputies must be approved by The Turtle Overlord. Article III: Changing of the Tides In order for the charter to become amended, a motion must be brought forward by any member of the alliance. Following public discussion, there shall be a private discussion by TKTB government. The Turtle Overlord and Grand Turtle will then decide if the amendment is in the alliance's best interest and will pass/deny the proposition.
