I'm going through some (very) old records and just stumbled across this gem that I thought you'd enjoy.

 

 

TOP could be a major candidate for a sanction. One thing that is hurting us is number of players. We have 100 members and over 9k average nation strength. We are close to strength required for a sanction but we do not have enough members.
