No, I received 100 tech and sent 50 out. You're really bad at this aren't you?
And the tactic you commonly use is lying (i.e. saying I received more cash than him, which is a lie. Saying that he received only $6m, which is a lie, saying that I've received 150 tech, which is a lie.)
Smontag I had help on from a few great guys.
On Zibon, I had help from De Caelo for two days.
I ate a nuke every day, which greatly depleted my resources. And I'm still destroying Damsky.
Ok, I was wrong on the tech. That's called a mistake, not a lie. No matter how much you pine.
I never said you received more cash, I said you received more aid.

Another bold-faced lie, a tactic commonly used by my opponents when they know they're in the wrong. I have received $12m as well.. not more than the money Damsky has received. Some of that aid (most of it, indeed) is sent to help me recover after I got out of a week long, two-versus-one battle against nuclear rogues, both of whom sold down to hit me. I was nuked 6 times. I got out of nuclear anarchy, collected, and declared on Damsky. Just another advantage he had in this decisive defeat.

Penkala needs to get to a decent NS before bragging about fighting anyone. I'd love it if he did something about it and hit me, but that would require him to actually put work into his nation and grow.

Drinking causes way more deaths then that each year, and it isn't illegal. Anymore.
