oh my god help me

I have been having the worst and most painful gas of my life. I had a great night planned but my vicious and disgusting farts not only hurt too much for me to do too much walking but I would also bomb out everywhere I went and that would be bad. I know it will pass (hehehehehehehe) but the pain is so bad I need help, how can i alleviate this horrible pain? I won't be able to sleep, honestly.

I was just watching The Last King of Scotland, and Forest Whittaker's character had this problem. The doctor had him sit on a foot-stool, got behind him and put a baseball bat across his chest, pulled to put some pressure on his stomach (sort of high up but not on the ribs) and then had Whittaker stand up while he kept the pressure on. He ripped a funk-nasty fart and said he felt immediately better.

Ginger if you have any. Either fresh or ground. Make a tea of it. You can also use Mint - but only if you are not nauseous as well. A tea combining the two would be ideal. Candied ginger might also do in a pinch.

I don't suppose you have any acidophilus tabs on hand? I used acidophilus to excellent effect after some particularly strong antibiotics n00ked my innards. Good stuff to use for maintenance of the GI tract and to head off any nasty bacterias making painful gasses.

Ginger pills have helped me deal with some nausea from time to time, I always keep those on hand now. And candied ginger is nom. As for probiotics. I find those tend to add to CSM's problem more than detract. :v:

Have a tea spoonfull of Ajwain Seeds, with some rock salt added to make the taste tolerable, chew it well, drink a glass of water to wash it all down.

Be warned though, it is astringent and will likely make your eyes water by its taste. Relief in 10 mins tops.
