NpO, for starting a global war, re-entering it, ending in a powerful military position, and still improving diplomatically, economically, and militarily throughout the year. Most Powerful Alliance: Umbrella, very good nation stats, allies with powerful alliances and in a strong bloc, improved government stability, increasing popularity, "beyond dangerous" reputation. New Polar Order, a lot of militarily capable nations, treaties with everyone on every side and a lot of powerful people, with the diplomatic flexibility to choose one treaty over another. Best military: New Polar Order, survived a lot of alliances attacking them during Bipolar. Best diplomatic team: GOONS, for fixing their "evil raider" image, and getting in a bloc with moralists. Best recruiting staff: GOONS (for only recruiting SA members yet getting 163 members), LoSS for gaining 150 members Scariest alliance: Umbrella, just look at their stats. Just try and declare on them. Best rookie alliance: Legacy, TPC, Europa, great stats for a new alliance. Most immoral alliance: GOONS for heavy tech raids and nuking during tech raids. Viridian Entente for destroying NSO and GGA, the various spy controversies, demanding crippling reps from NPO. Best growth: World Federation, The Pheonix Federation Most likely to suceed: GOONS, at the rate they're going they can get a sanctioned spot by 2012. wF, very young alliance, already has a senator, hit 5M NS. [b]Player[/b] Most Powerful Player: Bob Janova, maintains treaty thread, nation calculator app, strong ties with former Citadel and Pandora's Box, top level government in VE, legendary warchest, able to spy and not pay reps. Hime Themis, very technologically advanced nation in IC, wealthy in OOC, anyone would be glad to have her on their side. I admit that NEW also performed very well. So what do i consider the tie-breaker? NoR winning their wars while NEW surrenderd Best Rookie Alliance - / Most Powerful Bloc - PB Best Flag - Asgaard Most Active Alliance - basketball ninjas Most Honorable Alliance - / Best Diplomatic Team - ? Best Economic System - Umbrella-based on aid slot usage Best Recruiting Staff - / Best Propaganda Staff - / I only look at our propaganda Scariest Alliance - / Best Alliance Growth - New Pacific Order Best War Flag - Nordreich Best Forums - DT Alliance most likley to succeed in 2011 - Nordreich. We performered magnificently during last global war, we got our peace flag ingame thru CN:TE, we won the facebook contest, allowing us to upload our war flag and the flags of our allies DT and NV. We managed to get over 2000nukes with only 169members this year. Trust me, we'll continue our outstanding performance in 2011 Most Immoral Alliance - GOONS for not preventing MK to sign with TOP eventho the one and only xiphosis told them to prevent it.
