Also most of us that have huge warchest decided to stop buying infra at a certain point and just hoarded cash. If we kept buying infra (I could have bought to 20k infra for example) we would have much lower warchests but more NS. [/quote] As a non-partisan comment, I have noticed that those of us with somewhat above average war chests tend to expect everyone else to have war chests above what they think is reasonable when we're put in charge of creating policy, but then everyone changes their mind when war arrives. Alliances should really put the guy with the biggest war chest in charge of setting requirements, I think. [/quote] Once you hit a certain infra level there is little use in going much higher, at which point growing your nation is more of an exercise in obtaining a steady flow of tech trades. Seeing as even if you're using 3x50 deals you can't spend more than $18 million every twenty days in that pursuit, which is only a small fraction of what you collect, the money just sort of builds up unless a nice long war comes along.
