You see, NONE is a secret organization of nations that isn't an alliance that is now at war with you. Since you have no way of knowing who is in NONE, my advice to you would be to kill everyone. Tell you what, since I'm in a good mood just mask me on your forums to have gov access and let me organize the strike teams and target lists for NONE. It's quite intimidating I know, so I'll help you out since this is one of your first wars. Above all though, just don't panic: NONE has never successfully won a war since they're so disorganized. These were nations, all under the "NONE" AA (and so, technically, unaligned), who had no interest in the typical alliance politics of Bob, and so decided to remain independent; each nation making its own rules (though aggressive attacks on any other nation were forbidden), and each accountable for its own actions (when, in a regular alliance, one member's actions can often get the entire alliance attacked... rightly or wrongly). Because of the obvious dangers of remaining unaligned, however, they joined together for the purposes of mutual defense; and, yes, the same sort of community you would expect to see at any formal alliance. They had their own forums; their own designated officers for war and other issues; etc. Certainly more organized than one would expect. "NONE" has also been used to refer to a bloc of small, independent alliances, which formed after NONE was pressured by various other alliances into adopting a more formal name and structure. I'll spare you the history (which I myself am still reading up on... and which I may not have completely accurate at this point). But, by and by, NONE ceased to exist on Bob. And the nation which is currently attacking you (I am comfortably certain) is neither a member of the historical NONE coalition, nor is it a member of some new NONE alliance (unless he just started it ). And even if NONE were still around today - one of their key principles was that aggressive wars of any kind are forbidden. So, if this nation attacked you first (regardless of cause), NONE would not be involved in it. More likely, they would have expelled him by now. Feel free to PM me if you have any other troubles.
