kobiashiy Posted July 31, 2009 Report Share Posted July 31, 2009 Well the old WKE is back at it again, as some of you know WKE merged with Dan Marino's alliance to create -BOLT-. -BOLT- was utter failure. Well we've been planning Vengeance for over a month now. Some short facts about Vengeance are the fact that we are a Brown alliance, forums are: HERE and our IRC Channel is: #CN-Vengeance, we also are protected announcement will be posted shortly. Posted below is our charter and our rules and regulations: Preamble: We the nations of Vengeance, will be located on the brown sphere. Vengeance as an alliance that will honor our friends and shall do whatever it takes to show the utmost respect. Article I: Membership A.All members must be on the Brown team or must join Brown before 7 days of alliance seniority is reached. B. To request membership to Vengeance you must post the fallowing on our forums: Nation Name: Nation Ruler: Nation Link: Nation Color: Any Wars: Are you on a ZI list: Past Alliances: Previous Government Positions: Article II: Government Section 1a: Dark Sith Lord A. He is the leader of the alliance he can do as he pleases as long as the Royal Sith and the Sith Council do not reject. Section 1b: Sith Council A. The Sith Council will consist of 3 Elder Sith members, and they all are the main governing body of the alliance, each Sith Councilmen will take a position the in Internal Affairs, War, Foreign Affairs departments. Section 1c: Royal Sith A. The Royal Sith will serve as a successor to the Sith Council, he works under them. The Royal Sith will be the speaker of the general membership to the government. Section 1d: Sith Mentors A. The Sith Mentors will be the deputy's to each department of Vengeance. Each department will have 2 Sith Mentors working within it. Section 2: Removal A. The Dark Sith Lord can remove anyone as he pleases from government as long as he gets approval from the Royal Sith and one Sith Council member. If the Dark Sith Lord wishes to remove a Elder Council member he will need 2 Elder Sith Council members approval and the Royal Sith. If the Dark Sith Lord wishes to remove the Royal Sith, the Dark Sith Lord needs two Sith Council men votes. The Dark Sith Lord can remove any Sith Mentor as he pleases. Section 3: Elections A. The Dark Sith Lord position is a life long term. B. The Elder Councilmen position will hold elections every 6 months. C. The Royal Sith will have elections ever 4 months. D. The Sith Mentors will have elections every 3 months. Rules and Regulations War Policy: -No raiding without the permission of the War Department. -No nuking unless you were nuked. -No raiding members with over 5 nations in there AA or unless their AA is none. Forum Polices -No spamming in any place other than the spam areas. -No open discussion in the departments, unless on topic. -No flaming. -Please be light on the profanity. -Must be respectable at all times.
