We call it NOIR, and we've been around for two years. o/ NOIR Usually with anniversary announcements there's shout-outs to people who have been a big part of the bloc, but today is a special day... *cues offstage to the crew which lower the banners* [img]http://i302.photobucket.com/albums/nn114/MacMuffin94/Noirfixcopy.png[/img] The [i]N[/i]octurnal [i]O[/i]rganization of [i]I[/i]nternational [i]R[/i]efugees would like to give a first-of-a-kind honor. After much thought, well really not much at all, NOIR would like to recognize a group of fine individuals who are not signatories of the unity bloc. But rather part of one of the oldest Black team alliances. These individuals are the masters of their trade, which is trades. Despite not being part of an international treaty, or team forum, or even NOIR, they have managed to set up one of the best working trade systems. Rivaling what was probably the best trade program at BLEU, these individuals have gone above and beyond their call of duty when it comes to trades, and have not once asked for recognition, payment, or other form of reimbursement. On the 28th day in the 2nd month in the 2011th year of our Lord, the following individuals from the three pillars of the esteemed Rosular Kingdom; the Order of the Black Rose, Blackwater, and Realm of The Rose, are to be recognized for their work towards the success and prosperity of our home, the Black team. [/quote] News Flash: NOIR was always a joke. It's one job is to pick and choose spots in wars. NOIR's economic programs were a joke and just a piggy back of what RoTR were doing.
