At the last time I checked, 60% of your alliance is below 1k infra! That is not a good sign! That and so many of your nations seem to be running out of human targets! I know you've drained your youth dry, but would it be too much to ask for my opponents to provide soldiers? How about women over 65? I want to see some grannies out there with a heavy machine gun! But do pay attention to your infra loss problems... in fact, take efforts to correct this problem immediately, I can't enjoy dreams of glowing green nuclear death, without a valid opponent - you must take care not to over-extend yourself!
