[/quote] There will be weekly cultural awareness seminars and team building exercises to promote understanding and acceptance and create an enjoyable community atmosphere for all. It isn't hard to imagine situations in which tension could arise from RIAs expectation that allies (on both sides) should unquestioningly give peace to any given nation.
