  1. All these words just to say "might makes right." Seriously, you guys won. Why even bother trying to justify anything? Or bother trying to vilify your opponents? There's no good or evil left on Bob; just shells fighting shells.
  2. It's a bit of a waste of time calling out NG and trying to impugn their honor; they never had any. A pathetic war all around, tbh, but a bit of a throwback - color politics in 2017 lul Also Stewie is the only person in this thread with any dignity or integrity - beware the Bear
  3. Good on you for reminding WAEgion of their inadequacies. I salute you! Also shoutout to Spartacus, hope you find what you're looking for my man.
  4. What's the difference? WAKKA WAKKA also sup Ava
  5. Gibs and Whimsy, good luck I love you both. Good on you on achieving escape velocity. Strange choice to fetishize Xiph tho - sounds like a fanfic I read once. o/ no regrets
  6. We alienated "everyone" because we wouldn't sit there and take our beating like the good little boys and girls the world wanted us to be. Yes we had egos, and hubris. Without those what's the point in playing? Once we were cut from the trunk, there was nothing we could have done to turn around and rejoin that group; quite frankly, none of us wanted to. Oculus' obsession with MI6 ensured no path back to immediate power, so we did what we wanted. Maybe aspirations for power is a foreign concept for you, but in the end we never achieved what we wanted. Doesn't mean it wasn't a great !@#$@#$ time.
  7. Wasn't talking to you, champ. Go run along and play now.
  8. People can say what they want about MI6, it's failures and it's very public demise. The fact of the matter is that at the end of the day, for the last three years no alliance has lived as much, laughed as much, lost as much, sacrificed as much, burned as much, or believed as much as MI6 did. Y'all judging from the outside, that's fine. Y'all who left because of issues with Chim, that's fine. !@#$ happens. MI6 was not the greatest, or the best. But we left a mark, we lived, and we have the scars to prove it. I'm proud of my 3 years in MI6, proud of the people I called alliance mates, and especially proud that when push came to shove, MI6 never kneeled, no matter the cost. It was a privilege, ladies and gentleman.
  9. When are you guys gonna give Spartacus a chance at the title? He's been training for so long!
  10. Sorry whimsy, maybe next time my alliance implodes around me. I would say say this as well but I haven't had a uranium trade for two weeks, so I can't rebuy my glow sticks Hey there IC
  11. This isn't necessarily true - TLR plunged into the breach for NPO against Fark and FAN back in the day and had over 200 members at our prime. We used to be able to rouse a great war effort regardless of activity, but TLR is past its prime, like you said. I hope this stirs some activity in you guys. Good luck!
  12. Who is in charge of TLR these days anyways? Too bad you guys are on the wrong side of this one. Good luck in your wars, I beat Rush in damage in mine so I can chalk this up as a victory
  13. No you are not holier, you are a cartoon villain who's 2D interpretation of the world around him is going to get his alliance used up and thrown away the second you no longer have value. But enjoy the lies and propaganda while you're at it, bub.
  14. Pretty sure my personality is fine, but thanks for your concern Auctor. Keep on keepin on dude. Also vote for the NADC dude (dunno who's running sorry) So which portion of MI6 are myself and Kerschbs? Stagger and Ava? WANA and Lavo? Kevlar and Salsa? Manthrax and Chaunce? Because last I checked, we were still being rolled for the same reason. So if it's nothing personal against a "good portion" of MI6, but then you turn around in the same post and say "Chim is MI6" you can see my frustration with this inconsistency. If you have personal issues with Chim and some of the rest of MI6, don't use this farce of a global war as a pretext to take your vengeance. It is opportunistic and I expect much better from you.
  15. My issues Gibs are with the inconsistencies in your reasonings. I have seen several TBC posters in this thread say that this had nothing to do with us or revenge, that they were asked to help friends, and then turn around and say, "you reap what you sow," etc. etc. So which is it? If the tone of the posting had been nothing personal, we would not have made it to 14 pages (when was the last time we had a thread this long?) on a minor DoW. You are allowed to say that it's personal, to hold a grudge, but don't tell me you've "moved on" through one side of your mouth whilst the other corner reminds us of the naughty, terrible things we've done in the past. If you all are going to be bitter, than at least embrace the salt and be salty. Just skip the glib holier than thou routine - Polar has it down to a science at this point (I swear to christ Grub is a literal cartoon villain; idk how someone like him exists for longer than 23 minutes it must be insufferable). Also obligatory NG sux (hi caustic)
  16. if you actually read my post I'm not debating the inevitability of our rolling, simply the participation in it by TBC.
  17. So you like us but you also want us to burn? The inconsistency is a bit perplexing. i get it, you all have a grudge dealing from OOC crap that we could not settle. Which is fine - I've fought coalition wars for less. But I'm disappointed that you've chosen to enable the likes of NG in so doing. The bandwagon doesn't seem to lend credence to your claims that "we've had this coming" and "it was inevitable" - its opportunistic and cowardly.
  18. Keres, you should've been around in 2008. You would've fit in very well back then. As for this conflict, I've said my piece. Silver Lining though - I am nuking Rush. So take that, #1 on the CN bucket list!
  19. I'll rephrase that, then...my issue stands with the state of politics in this universe and the continued compliance and complacency of people who do nothing or worse enable the current regime. When TBC first set out, it wasn't to play the political game, or to enable the hegemony. Yet that is exactly what they are doing now. Say what you want about MI6, but we have remained consistent on our goals since day one.
  20. I left TLR for MK, and joined MI6 after MK disbanded because it was active (something TLR was not). As to our conversation, i'm sure we had several, most notably iirc about NPO. I do not necessarily take issue with the powers that be rush, or currying favor with them. That is an undeniable fact of this game. But when the powers that be control the dominant portion of NS on Bob and are tied to the rest, then it directly impacts the politics (aka fun) of this universe. In addition, MI6 stated from the beginning that we set out to play the political game and be "King Makers." What I was told about TBC was that they did not desire that. They wanted nothing to do with the hegemony, and for a while I believed them. I take issue with the 180. When the leaders of the splinter AA whom you have been friends with for years tell you something, you generally take them at their word.
  21. As far as I know (and I've been MoFA since you all left) there has been little to zero interaction between TBC and us since march. On both parts. I had assumed (wrongly, apparently) that you had moved on from the issues plaguing us. Instead of attempting FA, like what used to happen in this place, you bandwagoned on an aggressive war to earn a spot at the cool kids table. Which is your right. But it leaves me deeply, thoroughly disgusted.
