Perfectly acceptable to use ingame population to determine your rp population. Just be sure you understand the soldier count and navy rules as well. Aircraft rules should be up tomorrow so go modestly on those until then.

The logs are there for everyone to see, so I'm not sure what it is you aim to prove with continual attacks on me on the forums like this, other than me right. If you want to talk to or with me, you can do it with respect due other human beings or not at all. It is not rude to put you on ignore without reason in the first place, but it's certainly not rude to put you on ignore after repeated personal attacks and insults. You are not entitled to force me to talk to you. I am not obligated to talk to you or endure your poor behavior. Get over it and act like an adult.

Honestly, at this point, I say we need an emergency vote of confidence for Mogar's ability to be a GM. Neither side is being level-headed here, but GM's should be held to a higher standard. It's one thing for a player to be provocative and unreasonable OOC. It's entirely another for a GM to be so.
