I was talking of Cerridwyn as the RL person (ooc forum etc). Regardless of her being in a neutral alliance, she's evidently very skilled and dedicated, she's always nice and classy in her interactions with the other players and she's always been essential in building Pax Corvus, which wasn't an easy task at all. Anyone calling her names for her in-game choices would really just show their ignorance and lack of understanding.

I'm sure she's a lovely RL person. I don't mix the two obviously as any sane person wouldn't. You can be the most dedicated person on bob but if your doing it for the wrong cause or in this case no cause (neutrality) then I gotta call it like I see it. Genius, filthy, neutrals! (In jest of course)

actually its still .03 per person. were getting close to .04 thought. for example 1 nation with 261 NS is worth .03 score well 1 nation with 323 NS is worth .04 score.
