But that would cause more stagnation more than Bob can handle. We should never let the King of Boredom rules us and leads many of our brothers into annihilation.

Everything should exist and co-exist in balance. Even too many good things can lead to bad things. Thus, we have chosen to take the role to stand up against Non Grata. Difficult and challenging it might be, we will welcome it with joy and spirit.

I believe that there are people like you who share the same vision with us. There are people like you that firmly believe that someone must stand up against them. This is not a fight to restore the morality in planet Bob. This is a fight to put an end to the wrong believe that small people are powerless against those who hold the power.

You can make a difference. If your alliance won't fight, join us and fight with us. Make your time in Bob worthwhile, and stop living with no purpose of your own.

Fight, we fight, we start the revolution.

Kaskus kind of reminds me of myself in that they've fought both NG and GOONS. With all NG's talk of wanting more war and causalities, I would think they would be happier when people declare on them without complaining about it later.

If memory serves me correct I beleive you will find an announcement way way back on these forums where RIA claims to control all 3 member seats in Bastion technically making the Bloc still alive with RIA as the sole member. A less lazy wally would search and link you but hey just trust me on it

I do not catch what you meant 100%, but I guess you were saying that they are trying to gain some positive PR by allying themselves to us? If so, well, this is good for both of us. We need them, to be frank. From the strategic point of view, we are at our weakest point in this rebuilding phase. It will be difficult for us to afford an effective self defense should a foreign party decided to launch attacks against us.

Although GOD do not actually assist us in the last war, we very much enjoy and appreciate them leading the group of people who pointed and laughed at GOONS performance in the war against two micros. GOD do this openly and without hesitation, while many who actually supported us do not even dare to speak up and pick a clear side because they fear of the retribution if they were to offend GOONS. I look at GOD very positively because of this, they have the balls and they are not afraid to toss them around.

Thank you, friend. But to be honest, Mongols did a big part in the last war. With a drop of 9-15M every 10 days, they became the real nightmare to many unprepared GOONS members. In fact, they declared more offensive then we did.

I think I am the main advocate behind the decision to continue the war with GOONS instead of surrendering. So let me answer and explain the situation plainly and frankly here.

The first demand of reps from GOONS was something around 500 million if I remembered correctly. When I saw that demand, I heard many laughters in my head. It was just too funny. Seeing how they fought the war, we predicted that they would not last a few more week. Instead of asking for 500 millions, they should have felt lucky if we decided to let them go without reps.

At that moment, we were declaring more wars to GOONS and were constantly out of anarchy and were able to slip to peace mode regularly. We were not the one who needed peace. We talked with Mongols leader, and we agreed that at that point, we were doing much more damage to GOONS than GOONS to us. So we should continue the war. Besides, if we were to pay, we should make every cent of it worth it.

I think the doubt whether we should accept peace or not arose when Unknown Smurf brought in the new "generous offer" from GOONS. GOONS was offering 177 millions, and Smurf promises to take the offer to us to consider. At that point, Smurf told us that it is Sardonic last offer, and if we were to reject, they would bring in Pandora Box and we would never see peace ever again.

Well, the prospect of never ever see peace again certainly discourage many of our members and mongols. And many were considering to surrender. But, knowing that Non Grata had rejected GOONS request for help previously, I knew that GOONS did not really have a lot of support in this. Besides, if they were to bring in Pandora Box, I doubt the Pandora Box would let them wage eternal war on us. The moment they bring in their bigger brother in Pandora Box, they lost effective control over the resolution of the war.

After sharing this point of view with Kaskus and Mongols leader, we decided to reject the reps demand again. We agreed to let GOONS bring in the Pandora Box and see what would happen. There is no point of worrying about something that does not even happen yet.

After the Pandora Box enter, and seeing how we cannot longer have upper hand over GOONS, we quickly decided to find a way to peace. Through a few message exchange with Il Impero Romano of the Viridian Entente, we achieve peace. The extra 3M for 50 tech conversion clause really help us out, which is one among many reasons why Viridian Entente gain great respect from us in this.

They drove right into a wall set up by a very large bloc to honor an MDP with an alliance that realpolitically made no sense to defend, and did a fairly universally considered excellent job at that same defense. We're honored to have them as allies, and I hope with that we can bring the topic back to an amicable discussion.

Friend, if you want to have some insight into the reason behind our "stubbornness", refer to the paragraphs above this. Anyone with good head and a ball will see no point of surrendering when we were essentially still winning.

It's not a matter of GOD being somehow brave. It's just the fact that Xiphosis knows that most of PB/DH/C&G/DR/NPO dislike/hate him. With that many alliances against him he's still pushed back against a wall, similar to what NPO was like two years ago. He lost the political game leading up to the last war and was humiliated by it. This is just his attempt at snatching power again.

He's simply gathering up alliances to throw into the meat grinder so that he and his closer allies in SF take less damage.
