And even if they don't, I doubt it stops anybody from jumping in if they want. Declaring on IRON seems kind of pointless if the intent is to not bring in TOP's allies. We're the first to come in. We picked the alliance we were hitting. We picked IRON because we figured we're going to lose either way, and it might be fun to fight Valhalla for old time's sake on the way out, and this was the best chance at that.
