Reminder that discussing multis is a moderation issue that is not allowed in non-moderation forums. If you feel someone is a multi, please report.

As long as you don't interact with any nation on the same ip (the game will let you know if you inadvertently attempt to) you have no problem. There are many such nations and even whole classes that play without any issues.

Please cease the rhetoric. This includes calling people retarded, discussion of moderation issues of multis, and just downright flaming.

This thread is closed for discussion of moderation issues. If you feel someone is in violation of the rules by operating multiple nations, report it in the appropriate moderation forum or privately message a mod. Anyone who is deleted is always more than welcome to message admin or mods about the decision. You can also email admin at webmaster@cybernations.net. As for the ins and outs for how multis are determined that will not be released. However, I will say since the modification of allowing multiple users from a single location, IP address are never used as a sole basis in determining someone's status as a multi. It has to be quite apparent that multiple nations are being utilized by a singular human user.

Ok that's enough. This thread has strayed from the purpose of posting war chart info and propaganda. This current subject would be better in a thread of its own in the World Affairs forum. I will be reviewing those post since my warn I posted regarding watching the rhetoric esp in regards to personal attacks in an OOC forum and handing out warns. Hopefully I won't regret this, thread reopened for propaganda and war charts.
