    How is it a true illustration of the opinion of the alliance if say, 5% show up to vote? I don't know the numbers and I'm sure it's much higher, but that doesn't seem fair to the majority opinion of the alliance if the vote is almost entirely based on the opinion of those that turned up (most likely gov members).

    Yes all 51 of those nukes are surely a sight to behold. Anyways congrats on your upgrade of surroundings, I can't say I'm particularly fond of this lineup but it's always good to do something new and your theme is one of the more original that's come about of late.
