This child isn't choking though. She's throwing glasses of chocolate milk at walls. If confronted with that situation in real life, my advice would be the same. Take a switch to her.
We would all like to do things to certain people if we were confronted with them in person whether its someone throwing something at the wall or someone being a !@#$ Some things might be comforting to them some things might be incredibly brutal.We generally dont say how much we would like to do whatever brutal or comforting things to whomever we have in mind in this place. I certainly wouldn’t. This might not be a choking child but that doesnt mean you should react like a child.

Ultimately though it's you that is in the best position to help you, not anyone else. You're falling into the classic trap of only being interested in total validation and a magic no-effort solution to your problems, and ignoring any advice that is even slightly critical or otherwise difficult to swallow. You won't get anywhere with that kind of attitude.
Or you could just not act like a $%^&@# because you are on the net. If someone stops you in the street and says help me my child is choking do you laugh and say this is the street idiot not a hospital and Im not a doctor. You acted like a @#$ because you are a @#$ not because you are on the net.

Re: Situation A. People need to stop spilling their guts and telling strangers about their personal life. If you give out personal information you should expect to be insulted by some people, thats CN. Long story short play the game and leave your personal life outside. If you bring it on to Bob then its fair game even if its poor form. A thicker skin wouldnt hurt or hiding under the bed incase someone inadvertently insults you is a good idea.

A fairly comical U turn by a "hard man" who turned out to be a blow hard. All it took was one attack by the great MM. Its a shame it didnt happen before the death of Gramlins became a certainty. I hope to see you in action soon J.K 'il.

Says the guy in the alliance who puts people under 8 months of reps for DoWing. A DoW from us would result in us getting crushed by half of CN followed by a year of reps. Do you not know this? really, your alliance police the world we are in today where a DoW all but kills an alliance. Do you know this or are you just pretending not to know?

If you love war so much why not pick on a large alliance instead of isolated nations. Or you could raid 1 v 1 on equal or larger nations. You dont love war, you love picking on people who have no way of putting up a fight against GOONS.

1st of all, WTF did Russia and China do to NATO?
2nd, how the %&$& would a conflict involving ALL OF NATO, RUSSIA, AND CHINA be a small conflict?
3rd, NK has a lot of weapons, oh and btw, they have in fact, lasted 3 months against 'the west' in a full scale war. It was called the Korean War, you may have heard of it?
4th, China actually HAS 21st century technology and although some western nations' military technology may still be better, you can beat they would give some of those nations a run for our money.
Flak covered most of it but regarding the technology level of china you are way off the reality. China are far behind the west in all areas of military technology, troop quality and force projection and as yet dont have a single AC carrier. In a straight sea battle Italy or France would most likely defeat the chinese navy. Air and land forces (troops, tanks, artillery)would be similarly outmatched by both their European and American counterparts.

While the US does have its hands full with Taliban and AQ its only in a limited scope. Should the US and all of NATO/Australia and others go into full war mode they could snuff out any threat including China, Russia, AQ & the Taliban in a heart beat. What we see at the moment is a confined, sporadically dangerous small conflict that does little to no damage to the major powers. North Korea wouldn’t last 3 months in a full scale war against the west and China would have to watch on or face destruction. 2 million men are powerless against 21st century western power and troops that are war hardened & better trained than at any time in history with a decade of preparation in the form of Iraq and Afghanistan.
Ive been saying for over a year that the conditions for a large international war are right. Socially, economically and politically things are all in place. Was this the spark?

Oh, I agree it is a crappy thing to do, don't get me wrong. I am just not, and never have been, huge on moral outrage ... especially contrived public shows of it like we have been seeing as of late. One can disagree without stomping their feet all over the forums about it.

It's a month worth of reps, Alterego. Less than that if they really work at it.
Thats assuming they dont pull what they pulled on NPO. It was claimed they could pay of their reps in no time, unfortunately there were special conditions that ensured that they were still stuck in limbo a year later.

This rubbish argument keeps being made. That idea that you cant question somebody or point out all the bad stuff they do unless you declare war on them. It was rubbish in the past and its rubbish today. Lets imagine for a minute that an alliance has the stones. They get some friends, attack pre-emptively and lose. Then the other side demands reps that exceed any reps ever handed down before. That is why people dont attack pre-emptively as you are asking them to do now. Your point that people should put up or shut up is exactly the same kind of thing that people would have told you and your friends when you were an outcast. Its the kind of thing that people who lord over you say knowing well that any action like this will lead an alliance to destruction and enslavement. People who keep saying things like this are oblivious to the hypocrisy of what they are saying. If they dont like people pointing out all the bad stuff they are doing they should follow their own rule and not "go on and on about a "pattern of behaviour." Save that for the DoW, if you've got the stones".

Being the defending alliance doesnt give them the right to do anything they please and lay the blame on the attackers. They are making their own decisions and will be judged by their actions.
Being the attacking alliance doesnt mean you suddenly have no rights at all to exist and allow the people you attacked do anything they like without any consequences.
The list of things they haven’t done yet was much longer last year. You should remove gov change though because Caffeine was banned from Echelons government as part of surrender terms in the Karma war. That leaves Viceroys and you have done the lot.

You've got to be kidding me Dochartaigh. We're not the Hegemony, we never will be the Hegemony. All you do is spew the same tired crap all over the forums. If you were talking like that during the time of the old Hegemony, you would probably find yourself on some sort of list to be hit. CnG is just as tired of this war as everyone else--it's a little thing called negotiation that takes time. We're not doing this on purpose. We're actually talking to TOP instead of keeping them in permanent war just for the hell of it. I expected better of you Bob Janova, but apparently your loyalties and need to make someone out to CNs devil is clouding your logic center.
Just because we're apparently "on top" at the moment doesn't mean we're trying to be any sort of Hegemony. Being at the top of the game doesn't make us the bad guys. It's just the way the cards fall.
Its pretty much common knowledge that when an alliance wants to keep someone at war they hand down reps they know will be rejected. This has been said numerous times over the last 2 years by many alliances including your own. The terms offered were so high they were guaranteed to be rejected. We are approaching the third month of this crushing beatdown now and while you probably wont keep them in a "permanent war just for the hell of it" you have made sure this crushing beatdown will continue for the foreseeable future. This idea you arent as bad as the last lot because you stop just before you reach their record level is a pathetic attempt to defend your actions, actions you would have been ashamed of before you achieved absolute power.

There is no chance of anyone opposing C&G/SF in the near future. As long as they dont turn on each other they will continue to dominate Bob for a long time. There is no movement or any chance of a movement forming as a result of this hammering and whatever reparations will be handed down. With this in mind they are in no rush to let TOP/IRON & Co off without a severe beating followed by draconian reparations. They are in control and will do as they please, even if it goes against everything they spent a year preaching about before their ascent.
