  1. itb: Alterego bet on himself to win and is fixing the competition

Ssshhh, nah I didnt bet. People who sign up to their site have a habit of having their private life invaded for the amusment of MK members. So as much as Id like to go and join the fun I cant trust them.

  2. The build up to karma and karma itself was th start of the moralist movement. They banged on about EZI, viceroys, MK, TDSM8, reps, GATO, FAN, Legion and a dozen other things in the 1st moral crusade. It made the moral argument the mainstream argument, moral = good & immoral = bad according to karma. However, they won and spent the next 2 years complaining that people were using the same moral arguments they themselves used while committing similar crimes to the ones they formed karma to stop.

Karma and Vox are 100% responsible for moral politics.

  3. If they refuse to pay reps and you decide to punish them by killing the alliance thats your decision not theirs. If the reps are so high the only option is to keep fighting until destruction the reps that were set are the reason an alliance is on a path to their destruction/disbandment. If you give reps that are too high to pay and when the reps are not accepted you decide to kill the alliance, thats all you. It is an attempted forced disbandment or forced disbandment if it works and its the fault of the alliance in control of the situation.

  4. For the last 2 years or more there was thread after thread saying the treaty web and chaining treaties were moronic, made sure there were less wars and meant a little nothing incident could end up in a messy global fight. When you sign a treaty with your ally you dont want to fight for the ally of his ally. Non chaining has been argued and argued as a good thing or the right direction for so long now you will have to do better than this to get people to revert back. I have no wish to fight a war for an alliance 3 or 4 treaties away in the treaty web. Its stupid and gives up control of your alliance to random chance global events or mistakes. This way you have actual control of your own foreign policy in war time

  5. Well, no...

They said they'd help out on NPO once peace was achieved for DT.

For every action there is a reaction. When they originally said that they didnt realise SF were going to extort DT under threat of eternal war. I wouldnt expect a member of VE to understand. When an alliance acts like an asshat it has far reaching consequences

  6. I'm just wondering. Since apparently they were itching to pull that trigger and were ready and all but just needed the DT conflict to be ended. Then they had hours of notice that it was completed before update (but given DT's tendency to back out of agreements, I don't blame them for waiting for the OWF post.) How hard can it be to type up a DoW?

I think their primary concern was for the ally who was being extorted and now that that extortion has been achieved entering into the war for the same people (its repeatedly been called a two sided war by your friends and allies) has to be impossible. If there was no extortion things might have been different but CSN were more worried with getting their loot than their side of the war. I dont speak for Nor but thats how I see it. The DoW was already typed but CSN tore it up is an idiotic act of greed
